"We Stayed two nights with friends to attend a funeral. Rhe apartment has everything you need gor a comfortable stay. The location was superb and relaxing. The pool and gardens added to our relaxation. With the Broadwater and walking track across the road and dining options all a short walk away, would recommend to anyone."

"My booking & payment was made with Agoda 2 months before my check in date for Xmas eve. The Manager of Beaconlea Apartments was very nervous upon my check in & said his computer system did not line up with Agoda & he did not receive any funds. I contacted Agoda who confirmed the full payment was released & booking was confirmed. It appears the Manager just simply double booked us & left us out on the street on Xmas eve at 4pm - 12 hours from home. No contact was made by the.Manager prior to trying to check in. Agoda were great & refunded my money in full & gave.me a credit for.a.future booking. Terrible experience!"

"The review is 100% that says "please don't stay here or you'll regret it"!! The management made me feel very uncomfortable as they were nosey & moonlighted as the cleaner & "maintaince" too. They were obsessed with the old & broken blinds which desperately need replacing. Same goes for the whole place requires a refurbishment. The bed of wheels is awful & as I get seasick I don't know how I survived sleeping on it as the dizzy spells made me feel nauseous too. Everything was pretty much falling to pieces & the oven was probably the only thing that worked properly? The skip didn't cater for recycling either so made disposing of rubbish harder. Can't believe how much they charge & even for basic levels of comfort that weren't there. Even if you're desperate for accommodation there's better places to stay at. Couldn't even have meals at the table as 2 of the chairs were old & broken. Watch out for the leaking Washing machine that was supposed to be fixed too. There's alot more that needs it too a long list but telling you the worst of it including a towel rail sticking out which is dangerous with the nails sticking out. The air vent constantly falling off wasn't good enough either."
