Chambre agréable et propre

Yes I would agree, one of the best IBIS hotels we’ve stayed in, clean, quiet, great shower, comfy bed, such friendly staff, we loved the quirky fun decor and the cat breakfast had plenty of choice, the pool is a bonus. We used their 2 electric bikes (first time on one) so easy getting to the dunes on it and up along the coast, stopping at bars and beaches along the way, we didn’t want to give them back thanks to all the staff for making us feel welcome in this beautiful part of France

Second visit to this great hotel just outside Arcachon, arrived a bit later than planned, but once again upon arrival the guy on reception was super friendly and efficient. We missed the restaurant so settled for a quick snack at the golden arches. (You'll eat anything after 9 hours riding on a motorbike) Breakfast was superb and fresh, room was excellent, overall another great stay and I will be back as soon as.Merci!

The only reason I’m writing this review is the quality of food and management in the restaurant being absolutely terrible, worst I have ever had, and I’m English and used to average food. The steak, duck and fries that were served looked terrible and tasted as bad. The potatoes they were off, cooked from the black off cuts of the potatoes, the steak and duck were tasteless as if the food was old and then overcooked. The quality of what was delivered was worse than McDonalds. The waitress was very good, but when I stated that the food was terrible, she went to talk to her manager who hid behind the scenes and refused to come and talk to me. Could they not have talked to the customer instead of hiding? The majority of the food was inedible, I gave some to our dog and he immediately needed the loo. I would strongly not recommend not eating at this hotel.

Probably the best Ibis I have ever stayed in! Happy friendly staff upon arrival and throughout my short stop over, great location, excellent facilities and awesome breakfast! Missed the restaurant as it was Sunday and closed, but would definitely stay again. Thanks!

It is a basic hotel, has what is needed but don't expect the frills. Room was clean and equipped with the basic needs. The room does not have a kettle - it is a basic hotel. Location is fairly accessible in the area. The staff were friendly and helpful.

L accueil, les chambres, l environnement et les recommandations au tableau tout était très bien. Jusqu'à la seconde nuit où à 4h30 du matin des personnes se sont installées à la piscine juste en bas de notre chambre en ayant une conversation très bruyante malgré la fenêtre fermée. Nous avons du appeler la réception pour que cela cesse vers 5h30! Le matin de notre départ aucune excuse du réceptionniste peu préoccupé par notre mésaventure.... Nous sommes déçus....

Nous allons dans cet hôtel régulièrement et c'est toujours un plaisir réception chaleureuse chambres agréables bon emplacement pour profiter tranquillement de la baie d'Arcachon parking et restaurant sur place idéal pour se reposer si besoin

Dommage, l’accueil est agréable et l’hôtel plutôt bien situé pour ceux qui sont motorisés. Nous n’avons passé qu’une nuit mais pas réparatrice, bien au contraire. En effet nous étions installés au-dessus des cuisines, et les groupes extérieurs très vieillissants et bruyants des climatisations (chambres froides certainement) sont situés sous la fenêtre. C’est tout simplement insupportable. Cerise sur le gâteau, les poubelles sorties vers 5h30 et pas en toute discrétion. Pour ce deuxième point la réceptionniste a fait spontanément un geste commerciale en promettant de remonter le problème. Dommage, l’établissement est plutôt en bon état avec des chambres sympas, mais la fonction première d’un hôtel c’est de proposer de bonnes conditions pour dormir.

L’équipe est aux petits soins pour ses clients. L’hôtel est bien situé et les chambres sont sympas. Je recommande

Accueil avec le sourire 😃, on nous a réservé une chambre au calme avec notre petit chien, TV grand écran, fontaine eau plate ou gazeuse à discrétion, pas de supplément pour le petit chien ce qui est rare maintenant buffet petit déjeuner très complet avec jus orange fraîchement pressé ce sont les points positifs, pour les moins :café pas très bon et carte du restaurant le soir qualité moyenne et tarif non justifié pour les prestations, si je reviens dans la région je réserverai de nouveau

Tout est parfait Séjour toujours aussi réussi chez vous🙏 Et Peu importe la saison Et tjrs mon coup de coeur pour le petit dej varié en sucre salé boissons etc et jamais a court des 1er aux derniers Super et top service Merci à tous pour votre savoir être et faire

A l'occasion d'un mariage dans la région: hotel très chouette pour un Ibis, joli jardin, chouette piscine super bien chauffée, chambres neuves et design et surtout personnel au top qui a réussi à nous servir un copieux apéritif pour 15 personnes avec planches de charcuterie et cocktails de façon efficace et souriante. Merci encore. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir si une nouvelle occasion se présente.
