Excellent！ No more other words except Muy Bien!

I've been staying at this hotel most of the times I visit Costa del Sol. Very nice concept, and helpfull staff. Needs a bit of fresh spirit

First of all, the parking fee is not free. The introduction on Ctrip's homepage is wrong. Parking is charged by the hour. Every time you drive to the hotel, you have to pay the fee at the machine before you can leave. It's not very convenient. In addition, the room design of this resort is very bad. There is a shower room at the head of the bed, and it is a transparent glass shower room. The water in the shower room will flow out and flow near the bed! ! OMG! ! ! A five-star resort is at this level! ! ! And the check-in front desk spoke like a recitation + machine gun, with no expression on his face! ! ! This is the first time I have encountered such a passionate Spanish front desk receptionist! ! There are many resorts in this area, and this one recommended by Ctrip is defined as the No. 1 recommendation! ! I really didn't consider it and booked it directly! ! As a result, I was very disappointed! ! ! The funniest thing about the indoor swimming pool is that there are only 1-2 people in it. Then we handed in our cards to go in, and they told us that we couldn't enter without a reservation. We arrived at the indoor swimming pool at 5 pm and told us that we could only make a reservation for 9 pm... Then this hotel is far from the beach, and we have to drive to the basement! ! There are 4 elevators in the lobby. We went up and down and finally found that only 1 of them could reach the basement...so confusing!!

Wonderful and top location my compliments to all employees. Wonderful place feels like coming home with all the luxury.

With children, I booked a family suite, which is a duplex room. Upstairs is a normal 1.8-meter double bed, and downstairs is a sofa bed. After the sofa is opened by the staff, it is also a large bed. The room can see the sunset, which is great.

Everything was very clean and nice, but the air conditioning in the room didn't work, the dinner was too exotic and we didn't like it, they tried to charge us for parking when it was included in the price and we had to leave a €100 deposit to pay for the drinks and when we left they told us it would take 48 hours to return the remaining amount.

The hotel is amazing and ideal for relaxing for a weekend.

The front desk failed to arrange the reserved room. After repeated communication with Ctrip, the room type was changed back to the booked room type.

Couldn't be better. A hotel with first-class service and customer service. I am super happy with the purchase, the price is worth it. You will not regret. Even the rooms have rituals, the breakfast buffet is all with Iberian pork for those who like meat. Cleanliness of ten, restaurants and luxury food. Incredible views. By the way, the bedding and the bed in general were super comfortable. One of the restaurants has a Michelin star.

A decent conference resort hotel. It is inconvenient to eat, drink and shop around the hotel without a car. The floor display of the elevator is a bit messy. The rooftop bar is nice when the weather is good.

We booked a suite, but were actually given a duplex, which is a huge discrepancy. We hope Ctrip can come forward to discuss the explanation. Other aspects of the hotel facilities are still acceptable.
