Lovely stay. Complimentary upgraded and breakfast as I am a Platinum Elite Marriott Bonvoy. Spacious room. Great Christmas deco. Staff at check in was very helpful and attentive. He welcome me as an elite member. Breakfast was ok, not excellent. Not much spread. Overall, a great stay for work.

Had a great time staying in this hotel this was in fact our second time here! We did have to make the child’s bed up ourselves as it wasn’t ready but reception was quick to help, apologised and this was a very small inconvenience and did not have any impact on our stay.

Nice Hotel, abit far away from Gloucester town centre but there is a Bus Stop right outside the Hotel that takes you there. Decent Breakfast and Good Menu Selection in the Bar/Restaurant. I would stay again. Bar area could maybe do with more staff during peak periods possibly.

Hotel is modern and clean. Rooms very spacious and comfortable quality bedding. Large bed. Shower and bathroom clean and modern. Nice touch with bottle water and hospitality tray. Breakfast was TERRIBLE. Food run out, waiting lengthy time for restock, tables dirty, poor selection of tea, milk (non dairy) and breads. Continental platter was ham and cheese- embarrassing! No eggs for 20 mins. Plates burning hot, sausages. Really cheap and didn’t even taste like sausage! Worst breakfast ever eaten in a hotel. Shame as the rest of hotel was good in every way.

Good service

This hotel has good sanitary conditions and facilities. The room we stayed in was not big but felt cozy. The breakfast was very similar to the British ones but was more refined.

The surrounding environment is beautiful and the room is clean and tidy. The breakfast is good, classic British continental food. Suitable for self-driving, free parking. It is very close to classic villages such as Bibury in Cotswolds.
