Dernier passage en 2018…. Ça remonte trop .. cet hôtel invite à y revenir plus souvent . Thalasso entièrement rénovée en 2020 et quelle réussite ; c’est juste magnifique. Les soins y sont toujours autant qualitatifs. L’accueil est agréable, l’arrivée à la réception se fait très rapidement. Le service en chambre est parfait , nous avons testé le room service et l’avons adoré. Le service de bagagerie est top et efficace. Notre chambre était de bonne taille mais un petit bémol que nous n’avions jamais remarqué en 3 passages : la sortie de boîte de nuit qui a dégénéré en bagarre générale ( 25 individus environ) sous notre fenêtre le samedi matin à 6h !!!! Réveil charmant…. Des coups , des cris, des Klaxons de voiture… bref un réveil musclé fort désagréable . On l’a signalé à la conciergerie qui malheureusement est impuissante face à cette situation totalement indépendante de l’hôtel néanmoins l’hôtel a été au petit soin en s’excusant platement et en nous proposant même de changer de chambre ( pour une nuit restante nous avons refusé ) Le bar est agréable, une belle carte de cocktail ; nous aimons cet endroit nous aimerions grandement y revenir mais dormir le matin ….

Lutetia is in a quiet street only 3 minutes walk from the main street.Rooms are modern and comfortable and although not huge they have everyting you need.Ours was in the annexe across the road from the main Hotel.Breakfast was excellent. Major bonus for us was free off street parking. Highly recommended.

Dès notre arrivée dans le jardin et les premiers pas dans le restaurant nous avons été séduit par le cadre, et l’accueil dont nous avons bénéficié. Dans une salle épurée, soignée et vue sur le jardin et la mer, nous avons partagé un repas en famille autour d’un repas excellent et aux saveurs étonnantes et inhabituelles. Chaque assiette est un écrin, accompagné par un vin choisi et proposé par le sommelier. En salle, toutes les personnes ont été accueillantes, attentionnées et cela fait une équipe professionnelle et dévouée aux clients. En coulisse, la brigade œuvre à transformer les produits locaux en mets succulents, pour donner du plaisir visuel et gustatif, et ce fut un régal. En vacances pour découvrir cette région, cette étape nocturne restera un souvenir savoureux et joyeux, un moment unique partagé en famille.

My wife and I were visiting family and the location was very convenient for us. We definitely enjoyed the seaside room on the top floor with all room amenities necessary. Clean and well maintained room that was above our expectations for the price. Included was a great breakfast buffet that could please everyone with a wide selection and replenished right away The staff in every department was very friendly, attentive and professional. We will definitely stay there again and will recommend this hotel in the future. Félicitations pour avoir rendu notre séjour spécial et reussi

Perfectly located, just a 10 minute walk from the beachfront, restaurants, watersports and ******, this apart/hotel is an ideal base when visiting La Baule and the surrounding area. It's nestled within a residential area so much calmer than the busy seafront. Rooms are decent, well equipped with a good bathroom. Staff are friendly and helpful (they booked our terre de sel visit for us). There is a small pool and a ping pong table. Breakfast is available for a fee, but we found a really nice epicèrie just a 5min walk away, selling bread, croissants, fruit, veg, paté and coffee too. WiFi could be a bit sporadic at hotel, but I would highly recommend.

Ideally located a few minutes walk from the Avenue du Général de Gaulle this hotel agreed to spend a night there. However, the room heating pipe noise and the light of the smoke alarm system just above the bed have disturbed us. Otherwise, with regard to parking access, it is better not to have a big berline because access is very limited. The hotel is very comfortable and it is very good to stay in the streets around the hotel. If you are not in the hotel, the hotel is very good to stay in the hotel. The bathroom is a paddle and a paddle paddle .
