I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean, brand new, and impressively spacious. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. I also appreciated the small details, like the tasty tea and coffee provided in the room. As a special surprise, I received a thoughtful gift in honor of the hotel’s opening, which made my stay feel even more welcoming. Overall, everything was excellent, and I would be happy to return again.

I was so satisfied! It's only a four-minute walk from the subway station, and the room was quiet and spacious. The guy who checked us in was super polite. He brought us a pot of Japanese green tea and carefully explained all the details we needed to pay attention to during our stay... It was a great experience!

I was so satisfied! I loved how everything in this hotel was brand new. It's only a 3-minute walk from Karasuma Oike subway station—much more affordable than the Kyoto Sanjo Premier next door! From the moment you enter the main gate, the check-in process starts, and you just sit there. Someone pours you a cup of hot tea. Best of all, each room has its own washing machine! You'll have to pay 500 or 600 yen for laundry at most hotels, and you have to check the time to get your clothes back after each wash (it's essential when traveling; leaving dirty clothes in a suitcase can be uncomfortable). I loved the toiletries. Across the street is a restaurant called Kotokoto, which seems to be in partnership with the hotel. I had lunch there two days in a row. The prices were reasonable, the food was delicious, and it was popular with locals. I highly recommend trying it if you're staying here. I'll definitely consider this one next time.

Hotel prices in Kyoto have skyrocketed over the National Day holiday. I stumbled upon this newly opened hotel in late September. It's reasonably priced, spacious, and conveniently located near Karasuma Oike Station, not far from both Karasuma and Kawaramachi Stations. It's a quiet and comfortable place amidst the bustle. I was a little nervous at first because the hotel was so new and hadn't had any online reviews, but upon arrival, I felt completely at ease. The front desk was friendly and provided the usual Japanese service. Free sake and snacks were available on the first floor. I booked a family room, which came with an extra sofa bed. The 45-square-meter room was quite spacious, with a small bar and a microwave for heating up late-night snacks. The bathroom and shower room were separate, and there was a washing machine, making it perfect for families. The hair dryer, shower head, and toiletries were all from Refa. My hair was incredibly shiny after a blow-dry. I was completely hooked. The room also included a welcome gift box with sugar, tea bags, and matcha powder. Instructions for making your own matcha, along with utensils and cups, were provided. It was a truly fun experience.
