The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. This is a very traditional Japanese ryokan-style hotel. While it has been refurbished, it beautifully retains its classic charm, almost making you feel like you've stepped back into the 80s. The swimming pool, however, seemed to be abandoned. It's a wonderful place to watch the sunset and experience the peaceful Japanese way of life.

The hotel was very old, however there were rooms that had been renovated and we came because it had a pool, despite it being written that it would be open in the summer, but when we came it said it was not open! My kids are disappointed… The view from the hotel is very casual and comfortable

It's quiet, the food is delicious, the staff is friendly, the hot springs are nice, there's a shuttle bus, everything is good, but there are no convenience stores or shops, only ryokans. There are a lot of places to take pictures.

This hotel is really old and not very cost-effective. In addition, it was difficult to connect to the hotel's wifi, and it took a long time to set it up with their staff. The location is relatively remote, so it would be better if you drive by yourself. In addition, children without extra beds will be charged separately. If I hadn't booked at last minute and had no choice, I would really want to change hotels.

The hotel's exterior and corridors may be dilapidated, but the rooms are spacious, with new air conditioners and clean rooms.

紀州雜賀之湯確實名不虛傳。我們住的雙子島莊房間正對海景，傍晚泡着露天風呂看夕陽沉入紀伊水道，瞬間洗刷了所有疲憊。會席料理以當地海鮮為主，金槍魚刺身鮮美無比。工作人員服務貼心，還介紹了附近熊野古道的徒步路線。除了浴室略舊，整體體驗很完美，是會想再來的温泉旅店。
