エレベーターがないです。スーツケースおすすめしません。外国人の方が多いです。歩くのが嫌ではなければ二条城は近いですし、鴨川も30分程度で行けます。夜終電逃しても三条の飲み屋街からも徒歩で帰れる距離です。

Yesterday, Sunday, August 24th, I made a reservation, but due to my mistake, I booked a ladies' room, even though I'm a man. The receptionist was rude, raising his voice aggressively at me on several occasions. The hotel is nice, and the lady who works Monday through Friday at night is very kind and attentive. However, the young man on duty at 5 p.m. that Sunday was completely uneducated and unprepared for hospitality. He even tried to laugh at my situation. I recommend changing that young man, who will only bring you more negative reviews.

とても清潔で、カプセルなのにすごく快適に過ごせました。入ってすぐのところにアメニティーが置いてあります、カミソリ、耳せん、くし、歯ブラシ、いびき防止テープがありました。驚いたのは無料のタオルとスリッパの貸し出しがあったことです。ホテル内は土足厳禁のため、よりリラックスできました。カプセル内は電気とコンセント、箱ティッシュ、Tシャツをかけるところとハンガーが置いてあります。ティッシュが置いてあったのがすごく助かりました。カプセルは少し窮屈なイメージがありますが、座って過ごしていても全く苦にならない広さでとても快適でした。女性専用の部屋に泊まり、シャワー室が２つ、トイレが２つ、洗面台が4つありました。コンパクトなシャワー室ですが、十分な物置スペースがあったのがとても良かったです。1番上の階に共用のスペースがありました。そんなに広くないので団体の方がいるといっぱいになってしまいます。。でも、これだけ設備が揃っていて、とても快適に過ごせたので良かったです。

スタッフの方どなたも丁寧でフレンドリー過ぎず凄い良かったです。
近くにバス停もあり、京都駅からのアクセスも良くスーパー,コンビニ，銭湯も徒歩圏内にあり連泊も快適でした。
ただ、マナーのない方と同室になってしまったせいか部屋で電子タバコ利用されておりびっくり。ずっと部屋から匂いそこがマイナス。
できればチェックインの時に喫煙者か喫煙者じゃないか確認し、喫煙者の場合、喫煙について一言言ってほしいですね。
