This hotel is very good location, near Omiya station (Hankyu line), Exit#5 has elevator 🛗 from platform to ground floor). If take Kyoto City bus, take bus number 206, 207 to Omiya matsubara station and walk just 150meters. This hotel is very clean, has all amenities, and facilities in the room (refrigerator and hair dryer). This hotel also have coin laundry machine and ice maker machine at 1st floor. I'm very happy with this hotel and its reasonable price, so I extend to stay here total 5 days.

Nice hotel at a very convenient location. Clean and comfortable room with all the essentials. The only major disadvantage was that the window was locked and it wasn’t possible to open it. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights during our trip to Kyoto. This hotel is located in a strategic location, near Omiya station (Hankyu line), & Shio Omiya bus stop. Exit#5 has an elevator from the platform to the ground. floor). You can take the bus from Shio Omiya station to Arashiyamaa Bamboo Grove. Bus numbers 206 & 207 can take you to Omiya matsubara station and walk just 300 meters to Gion area. The hotel served plain congee with pickles and provides coffee and tea for breakfast. The room was very small with a comfortable bed.

Small yellow stain on bed sheets but other than that clean. Room was spacious but no toothbrush or razor blade supplied for free

The hotel was clean, near train station and bus stop. For cheap hotel it was fantastic, 9/10. Next trip stay in this hotel is a must.

It was my 2nd stay at this hotel within a short period of time - 1st stay was on a higher floor with big working desk and better window lighting, 2nd stay was in a corner room on ground floor with smaller and compact desk area and overall colder, darker, smaller room - it was a bit disappointing but offers the same amenities and service. Front desk was very nice and helpful.

Would definitely rebook with this establishment again for their services and rooms. Highly recommend.

We stayed at the hotel at the end of September. The hotel is located near Omiya station, but about 20 minutes by bus from Kyoto station. There are chain supermarkets nearby. The hotel room is quite standard. There is air conditioning, a refrigerator, a kettle, a TV. The windows do not open. A simple breakfast is provided in the lobby. Rice porridge on water with Japanese additions and grain coffee from a coffee machine or tea. Unfortunately, only 1 key card was issued for 3 people. On the 4th floor, the wi-fi practically did not work.

Frendly staff, and clean, big rooms. You get a complimentary small breakfast, and other ammenities! The place is in the center og Kyoto close to a post office and a supermarket, but it's a bit inconvenient to get there by public transport. Will definitly recommend a stay here

It is generally great, but my room was a bit stinky. So, coild be great if hotel check it before.
