everything is perfect the only issue the parking (shared with the mall) as Kuwait normal problem

This apartment hotel was lovely from the first moment we walked in greeted with amazing service from all of the employees. Easy check-in process and it was wonderful that it was connected to the mall. I would definitely recommend especially for great service.

Our stay was very good. The employees at the counter are extremely friendly, as are the other staff. Room was clean and the room was also very spacious. Hopefully see you next time!

Super luxurious stay with best hospitality. Special mention to Mr. Krish and Ms. Saivar who made sure our stay was comfortable and our tastebuds were met with best food. Excellent service. Keep it up.

We are a returning visitors. The experience is 100% from all areas. Reception staff are lovely specially rose marry, and restaurant manger mirish for making our experience special. The hotel is clean and family friendly. Room service was lovely and fast to respond.

Mr. Khalid Al Saudi Operation mgr and the team starting with Rosmi, Charm, Kevin, Ismail , Nassir and new Sales Manager Mr. Mohd Kassim and surely Mr. Roy Krish. I dont wish to forget anyone . I really feel at home and beyond. Disciplined team, managed professionally and express Mariott brand genuinely. The breakfast was amazing too . Will return soon as usual. Kuwait is beautiful but Mariott just Fits the beautiful vibe.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. It was ideally located in Kuwait, a short ten minute drive to Mubarkiya and 20 minutes to Salmiya. The one bedroom was big and suitable for family of two adults and two kids. There's also a living room and mini kitchenette which was well equipped as well as a washing machine. It's also connected to a mall which we saw on our last day. You also get free parking. Just make sure to inform the reception that you wish your room to be cleaned. Hope to visit again.

The entire hotel group is globally poor I sent an urgent email due to the poor treatment and lack of quality service and when the response was delayed for 3 days I called customer service in America 🇺🇸 and they explained that I would not expect a response before a working week from the date of sending the message

I had the most amazing short stay. Wonderful team. I could recall the lady that checked me in but the next day..I had trouble locating the office I was due to have a meeting. Charm at front desk was so helpful. She called my host as well as checked in on me an hour later to see if I made it! Excellent customer service. They provide complimentary pick up and drop off service..both ways were great. I had an amazing life conversation with Kaiyum Rahman . Nice swimming pool!

I visited the hotel to inquire about room rates, but the receptionist, Manoj, was very unprofessional. When I asked to see pictures of the rooms, he refused and told me to check Google. I then requested to see a specific room, and he rudely said there were no available rooms. He was dismissive and disrespectful, and when I asked to speak to a manager, he told me there was no manager available. This was a deeply disappointing experience. The hotel should consider hiring Arabic-speaking staff who understand the culture and can treat guests with the professionalism and respect they deserve. The service, particularly from employees from India, was well below the standard expected in the hospitality industry. I had planned to book a two-bedroom suite, but I changed my mind due to this poor treatment. Additionally, the recommendations I received from my friends were misleading, and I was left extremely dissatisfied. I do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.
