After the extension the second room was very old and below the average, they took long time to confirme the availability. Also, they are reserving the custome parking to the owner (as per the security) and left us parking outside the hotel parking area."

Requested additional pillow and that the drapes be closed correctly; the housekeeping took care of that. I'm grateful. 2- The location is not as bad as it may look due to the construction. Easy walking to a big supermarket, the mubarakia souk, the grand mosque, and even Al Asima Mall. 3- bed was comfy. 4- they provide big bottles of water complementary, that very nice. with a bit of care this hotel can be much better"

The quality of the food was solid, with standout items like the Potatoes and desserts. However, some of the hot dishes could have been a bit warmer, and the service was friendly but not always attentive. Overall, a great option for variety and satisfying your cravings, but not necessarily a gourmet experience. PS: my friend Kyle didnt finish his egg"
