The hotel's overall environment is comfortable and the rooms are very clean. The breakfast is delicious, with a variety of styles and fresh ingredients. Free airport pick-up service is available, very considerate

The public areas of the hotel are all in a great environment, and there is a Starbucks in the lobby. The restaurant on the second floor has great breakfast. Of course, the reception and service in the restaurant are also great. The hotel's swimming pool is on the top floor. The infinity pool can also see the Persian Gulf in the distance. There is also a hot spring pool. The scenery and service are so comfortable that you can't walk. I recommend you to come here.

Very good service, responsive, first choice for business trips

As expected, the price is high and the service is good. I hope to have the opportunity to experience the gym and swimming pool next time.

The service is very good. Due to the evening flight, the hotel check-out time is 16:00. The hotel also provides a free vehicle drop-off service. It is estimated that there should also be a free pick-up service. You can contact the hotel in advance to try.

Nice hotel in a perfect location in Kuwait City. You can have a walk around the area which is amazing. Breakfast is nice and the lady in the restaurant makes the best omelette :). Staff are helpful and friendly. I believe they need to promote more their in hotel services.

The hotel was good, rooms were very clean, bathroom was very clean, there was a study desk which was a great point. There were connections point on the wall, which made things very easy. The breakfast was waw , and ofcourse location is waaaaw .

This hotel was my top choice back then, and it remains an excellent option for business travelers visiting Kuwait City. The cleanliness and efficiency of the staff are as impressive as ever, and the rooms continue to be both comfortable and convenient. The location is ideal for many strategic places where to conduct business, and I was especially pleased to find that the business lounge remains a fantastic space to work or relax between meetings. The in-house dining options, whether for breakfast or other meals, are excellent – perfect for days when you don’t feel like heading out. After four years, I can confirm that the hotel has aged gracefully, with no noticeable signs of wear. My stay reaffirmed my positive opinion, and I am happy to recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a dependable business hotel in Kuwait City.
