"This hotel has a rich history, with many famous people having stayed here. The outdoor onsen offers a nice view, and breakfast is good. The staff provides excellent service, but dinner is just so-so; I'd recommend eating out instead. The hotel offers a shuttle service to JR Kurobe-Unazukionsen Station at 10:30 AM, which takes about 20 minutes and is very convenient. I was heading to Toyama, so I caught the 11:08 AM train to Kanazawa."

"The hotel has complete facilities, but the toilet door in the room is difficult to close. It closes automatically, but it's very noisy, which can disturb roommates if they get up at night. Also, the rooms inside the hot spring area don't provide body lotion for guests, and there's no complimentary ice cream or Yakult after soaking in the hot spring. It's really not a good value hot spring hotel."

"I stayed here on a trip with friends. I was very satisfied with being able to take a bath in the open-air bath right in front of the station. They also lent me geta sandals when I went out, which was nice because it allowed me to feel like I was in the hot spring town. I was also very satisfied with the breakfast, which included local specialties."

"The room was a traditional Japanese-style room with the scent of tatami mats, and I was able to sleep soundly for the first time in a long time. The open-air bath offered a breathtaking view, and the water quality was superb. The dinner was perfect in both quality and quantity for a couple in their 40s. The Himi beef shabu-shabu was especially exquisite. Above all, the hospitality of each and every staff member was wonderful. The location is close to the Kurobe Gorge Railway and the hot spring town, making it ideal for sightseeing and strolling. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as them holding our car even after check-out time. We would like to stay here again when we come to Toyama."
