This hotel is very near to the historical area, just few minutes walk. Clean room but amenities are self service. It’s a surprise with breakfast pack provided which I was not expecting any breakfast included. Staffs services are good

You can feel free to take Amenities from the lobby. Can store luggage after checking out, have some simple walking map around hotel, but no car park, need to find a paid car park.

Everything was just as described. Comfortable modern, clean. Kettle and cup in room, but no tea bags. The sound proofing isn't great but fortunately voices and laugher stopped at 1030pm.

Right near the historic canal area with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around, this hotel has a great location. The room was very clean and WiFi worked great. The only weird thing to me was breakfast, which were pre-packaged sandwiches (tasted great by the way!). Outside of breakfast hours you weren't allowed to get coffee from the machine, you had to use boiled water and instant coffee instead in your room, a missed chance for something so benign.

We were surprised by a lovely summer afternoon tea. It was gorgeous. The location was ideal, near the old town centre and close to the station.

Very good hotel. Big room and location is closed to the main attractions. Reasonable price and good facilities.

The room is so big and the price is low. There are different restaurants and places to visit nearby .

Good location but parking is offsite but nearby, 1-2 mins walk but super dark when you come back at night. The bathroom is elevated and it’s not easy to navigate when you got bad knees

The hotel is not far away from the historical district so we can walk there easily checking in and out is serviced by a skilled and friendly staff. Breakfast is provided in a brown bag so you can either dine in or take away as you like. The only disadvantage is the parking fee arranged by the hotel so we find out our own.

"Amazing hotel ! Loved tea time” Super location near historical site, which makes it really convenient to visit ! The room is clean and bigger, we stay comfortable and pleasant. It was a really terrible hotel... The hotel walls are thin, and I thought it was inevitable that I could hear the voices from the next room because it was a hotel of this price. However, at around 11pm, there was a sudden knock on the door and I was told that there had been a complaint from the next room that it was too noisy. I was a little surprised because they were not shouting, but just talking normally. I thought that the sound of the TV in the next room was probably louder. I went to the lobby to negotiate, but they just kept saying that they could not deal with it. I did not want an apology, and I did not understand that they were just making a complaint unilaterally. After negotiating for more than 30 minutes, the front desk staff went to the next room to call out, but they seemed to be fast asleep and did not respond. I had not even taken a shower yet, so I was in trouble because I was told that the conversation was too noisy. It was quite terrible that I paid a lot of money to book a hotel, and I was not even allowed to make noise from the shower. In short, it is a thin-walled hotel where you are not even allowed to make noise from the shower
