This hotel is very near to the historical area, just few minutes walk. Clean room but amenities are self service. It’s a surprise with breakfast pack provided which I was not expecting any breakfast included. Staffs services are good

Everything was just as described. Comfortable modern, clean. Kettle and cup in room, but no tea bags. The sound proofing isn't great but fortunately voices and laugher stopped at 1030pm.

Right near the historic canal area with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around, this hotel has a great location. The room was very clean and WiFi worked great. The only weird thing to me was breakfast, which were pre-packaged sandwiches (tasted great by the way!). Outside of breakfast hours you weren't allowed to get coffee from the machine, you had to use boiled water and instant coffee instead in your room, a missed chance for something so benign.

We were surprised by a lovely summer afternoon tea. It was gorgeous. The location was ideal, near the old town centre and close to the station.

Good location but parking is offsite but nearby, 1-2 mins walk but super dark when you come back at night. The bathroom is elevated and it’s not easy to navigate when you got bad knees

The hotel is not far away from the historical district so we can walk there easily checking in and out is serviced by a skilled and friendly staff. Breakfast is provided in a brown bag so you can either dine in or take away as you like. The only disadvantage is the parking fee arranged by the hotel so we find out our own.

The location is good, the room is clean and of good size, and there is welcome afternoon tea. Overall, it’s good!

The appearance of the hotel looks very simple, and the room with two single beds is spacious. Although it is a little far from Kurashiki Station (750 meters), it is an easy walk without luggage, but it is a bit tiring if you drag luggage!

The hotel is within a 10-minute walk from Kurashiki JR Station and only a 2-3-minute walk from the beautiful area. The hotel is relatively new and very clean, and the room size is not small. The only shortcoming and the biggest flaw is that the house has poor sound insulation. The material between the rooms is actually board material, and the voices of the people in the next room can be heard clearly through the bathroom. Generally, Japanese hotels have very good sound insulation, but this is the hotel with the worst sound insulation I have stayed in more than a dozen times in Japan. It is not recommended for people who have high requirements for sleep quality.
