Spa Hotels in Kunming

Excellent service from a top class hotel. Most notable were service staff Suri and Jason when we arrived early in the morning, tired from a long flight. They were flexible in terms of early check-in availability and helping us settled in quickly. Also special mention to Luffy and his colleagues who sorted out our WiFi connectivity issues even after his working hours. Facilities like the gym, indoor swimming pool were great, as you would expect from a Sofitel. All in our family enjoyed our stay very much.

The hotel is in a great location next to Green Lake, the rooms are bright and sunny, the service is great, and there are free desserts every night. The breakfast is also very good, with a wide variety and long dining time; the Chinese restaurant next door is themed on blue and white porcelain, the dishes are large, and the photos are also very good.

The location of this hotel is excellent, very close to tourist attractions near Dianchi lake and Xishan (West mountain). Hotel staff are friendly and keen to assist. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. There are a few hot spring pools available for hotel guests to enjoy. And swimming pool, etc. I am quite happy with the stay at this hotel. Highly recommended!

My second time staying in this wonderful hotel. The hotel still remains the best in the city. The hotel comes with a lot of stuff, including all the toiletries, and it is equipped with many different types of drinks. I also enjoyed the view of the hotel. It’s amazing. Downstairs there is a mall with every single type of restaurant that you can find including a Starbucks. The breakfast is also very delicious. It’s a mixture of western and Asian foods. Thank you so much for the stay. 

A very new five-star hotel, the rooms are spacious and bright, the area is very large, the facilities are complete and the quality is also very good. I rested very well and quietly at night. It's just that the location is a bit remote, if you want to go to places like Cuihu Lake and Old Street, it's not convenient. It's very close to Guandu Ancient Town. There are also restaurants and shopping malls near the hotel, which is convenient for eating and shopping.

1 night stay at spacious 2 double beds room. Each bed can fit 2 medium sized adults. 2 beds fit 4 adults. 30mins smooth ride from Kunming Changshui International Airport. Centrally located. Huge clean beautiful hotel. Reach hotel abt 9am and hotel reception was very kind and helpful. Staff can converse simple English. I was lucky they allow early check in. Wifi strength in hotel is low so you will need to have prep your own data arrangement from ur country. Tv channels are limited to chinese programmes. No netflix. Room view is city and the surrounding building light up at night. Night view is nice. We left the window open as outside air is more cooling. Its december and temp is mostly 10deg and below. Generally no bidets in toilets in China. No halal food in hotel. But just 20mins walk along Nanping Pedestrian street you can find halal food at the muslim community near Shuncheng street. Theres also an acient mosque called Shuncheng Mosque. PreBook trip.com airport transfer at 50sgd. Big 6 seater mpv. Driver assigned was professional and very punctual. Hassle free and highly recomend.

Relaxation at its finest！  We enjoyed our stay at this Hot Spring hotel that came with wonderful benefits. Upon arrival, the staff is there to greet you and take your luggage to the room. The hotel is massive. Hot Springs is very large and comfortable. Lots of places for children to play and pools for them to enjoy. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Give this a four star on amenities as they did not have a crib suitable for toddlers. younger babies, yes, but not if your baby is climbing or walking, the crib will not fit. The location is good and not far from a lot of the sites of Kunming ! Overall, I would love to stay at this hotel again, and I recommend it to all travelers. 

After getting off the high-speed train, we had to catch the high-speed train early the next morning, so we had to find a hotel with breakfast near the high-speed train station. We found several hotels but none of them were ideal. We were ready to go to Hilton. The taxi driver introduced Lishui Yunquan to us. It is next to Kunming Normal University and has a quiet environment. At the front desk, when we said we didn't want a high-rise room, the lady immediately helped us change to a low-rise room. The room is large, clean, well-equipped, dry and wet separated, and it is very convenient to use hot water. There is also a large glass window sill, and you can see Kunming High-speed Railway Station in a straight line (about 10 minutes away from the high-speed railway station). For dinner, a male staff member was very enthusiastic to take us to the Chinese restaurant on the second floor. When we were dazzled by the dishes, the lady who took the order was very patient and stood and waited for more than 15 minutes. The dishes are delicious and not expensive for two people. The breakfast has many varieties and styles and is very delicious. The ladies at the front desk and the Chinese food department are always smiling and have a very good service attitude. When leaving, the security uncle took the initiative to help us carry our luggage to the car. Lishui Yunquan is very comfortable. Awesome 👍👍👍!!!

Facilities: The hotel facilities are quite complete, with a one-stop service for food, accommodation and entertainment. Hygiene: The hygiene is excellent. From the moment you enter the door, you can feel that it is very clean. The cleaning lady has been patrolling and cleaning, and the guest rooms are also very clean. Environment: The environment is very good, which makes people feel happy. There are fresh flower arrangements throughout the hotel, and the rooms also have Phalaenopsis unique to Yunnan, which is very beautiful. Service: The front desk is warm and thoughtful, and the service is very good. Parking is also very convenient at the hotel. The parking lot is large, free parking and a car wash are very convenient.

Incredible breakfast with dozens of things to choose from in a beautiful dining room with large glass windows overlooking a garden. Staff were very eager to help, though only the concierge spoke good English. The room was very large with a good bed and large bathroom. Very clean and comfortable. As with other hotels we visited in China, we occasionally smelled some cigarette/cigar smoke in the (non-smoking) room or in the hallway outside the room.
