Ramada Hotels in Kunming

The room is very spacious, and the hot water is also hot spring water. After soaking in it, my skin became much smoother. The price is very cost-effective. I will bring my family there in the future. The environment is very good and suitable for weekends!

This was the perfect hotel for me in Kunming. I gave the 6 out of 5 ratings for new, great, clean facilities and wonderful breakfast. But most of all I was very impressed with the friendliness of the hotel staff. Among them I want to highlight the hotel manager Zhou Chingmin who provided great checkin and orientation. I was not feeling well due to the high altitude and she was so kind to provide me with air cleaner and to inform me that they could find oxygen canister if I needed one. She was an example of customer care expert and I am very greaful for that.

The room is very spacious and clean, also comes at a reasonable price. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. The location is also very good located at a walkable distance from kunming railway station, but not far from shopping area.

It was clean and comfortable to stay. It was cheap and worth comsiderimg with price. The staff are nice especially one of staff Sasa helped my friend who lost her stuff in hotel to find it and sent it to us later by delivery. My friend wants to praise sasa's kindness a lot.
