Nice accommodations with friendly staffs. We arrived KMG at 3am due to delayed flight, but the hotel still wait and provide shuttle bus to the hotel. We have a super great visit Kunming next day. Thank you so much.

Satisfied. Not far from airport. Shuttle Bus picked up from airport. Shuttle Bus to airport start leaving early morning. I took 5:30AM, arrived airport around 6AM. Reception is very polite and responsible.

Good, there is the airport pick-up service and drop off

We booked the room as our flight landed past midnight. We had a room with a faulty sink and the staff allowed us to switch rooms. Basic facilities with a dedicated airport shuttle (to airport only). Not as close to the airport as expected - about 20mins via car.

However, some rooms are small in size, which may make some travelers feel a little crowded.

The room was dirty, the front desk service was poor, and the attitude was like I owed him money. The driver who picked me up at the airport didn't understand Chinese. He opened my window and I closed it, then he opened it again. I said it was cold, so he opened it again. The night in Kunming was very cold, and then he opened the window again. A very satisfactory hotel, the room facilities are very complete, clean and tidy, towels and quilts are all packed in sealed bags, which is very safe to use. The airport pick-up service is also very punctual and thoughtful. I will stay at this hotel when I come to Kunming in the future!
