The location is fantastic, and parking was a breeze to find. Right off the elevator, there's a delicious claypot rice restaurant with excellent food. Once you've parked, you can go straight up, and the host will send you the access code and all necessary instructions. The room was also very cozy, equipped with two large beds. Plus, there are plenty of dining options downstairs, which is super convenient.

Extremely underwhelming, to be honest, and quite disappointing. The actual experience was a far cry from what the promotional photos suggested. While the pictures showed a clean and aesthetically pleasing space, upon entering, I was immediately hit with a pungent, unpleasant odor. The facilities were all present, but not a single one was satisfactory. The washing machine sounded like it was about to fall apart when in use. The table looked like it was picked up from a flea market, and the sofa was quite dirty. The projector was utterly useless; you couldn't see anything clearly. The stainless steel handrail on the stairs was cracked, and I almost cut my hand on it. The duvet was excessively thick, making it impossible to sleep comfortably either with or without it. All in all, it was a huge disappointment. I strongly suspect the high ratings are fake; this place definitely doesn't live up to its price. I wouldn't return even if it cost just 100 RMB. It really makes you rethink staying at homestays/B&Bs; their hygiene, management, and safety simply can't compare to proper chain hotels.

The rooms were great – fully equipped, and spotlessly clean. The overall environment was fantastic, and the service was very attentive. It's definitely my top choice for family trips, and our whole family felt incredibly comfortable staying here.

Excellent! The facilities were well-appointed. It was spotlessly clean, with no insects or any unwanted debris. The environment was clean, tidy, and very peaceful. The host was very responsible and responsive; they also offered luggage storage, and any issues we communicated were promptly resolved. Highly recommended!

Facilities: The facilities are very comprehensive, making it feel just like home. It's perfect for stays of a week or longer. Cleanliness: The room was spotlessly clean, and all amenities, including the towels, were single-use. I found this to be a major plus, as it completely eliminates any worries about hygiene or whether items were thoroughly cleaned after previous guests. Environment: The location is excellent. Kunming Twin Towers are just a 7-8 minute walk to the right from the exit. The surrounding area is incredibly convenient, with an abundance of dining and entertainment options, and it's also very close to shopping centers. Service: When I first arrived, I had a little trouble finding the exact spot. However, I messaged the host, and they responded immediately. Despite the initial confusion, the location itself is actually very easy to navigate to.

Since i’m a foreigner, the address of this building are not really accurate. When we took a didi they can’t find our accomadation even we’re using the address given from the apps. We also use translated address in chinese but still not accurate. We had to ask people surround since our wechat didn’t work out. The owner/host should use Polar Light as their major address, once we change it than it become more easier. We ask security guard to help us by contacting the host and finally the helper/assistant come to us.. we really appreciated that for fast respond. The house was so clean and beautiful ad per picture.. we stay there totally 3 night there. See you again

A very nice and comfortable stay. The room had two beds, parking access was convenient, and the place was easy to find. Overall, a smooth and efficient experience.

Nicely decorated and comfortable sofa and bed. Only one time they had an error and someone came in with the password after I checked in. Told them but they said system error. But no disturbances after that. So it’s ok.

The downstairs staff were great, and the cleaning staff were also very friendly and helpful. The facilities were decent. However, there was no bottled water provided, and the pot in the kitchen was quite old, so we opted not to use it.

The room was very clean and tidy, and the bed was super comfortable. Our kids absolutely loved it!

overall everything is good and the place is easy to find. it is just that they do provide towel for us but it's a disposable towel..but nvm all is good
