Great customer service from their staff who are polite, friendly and approachable. Always ready to help regardless of the time. Sumptuous buffet breakfast at a reasonable cost. Will definitely look to continue my future stays with them!

This Hanting has completely done it. The room is spotless, the floor is barefoot and there is no dust, the bedding is white and soft, with a faint smell of sunshine. The double-glazed windows provided excellent sound insulation; once closed, they blocked out all external noise, making it so quiet I could hear myself breathe, ensuring an incredible night's sleep. Steaming hot buns and steamed bread, freshly cooked noodles and wontons that were smooth and chewy, crispy golden fritters, and soft, sweet congee were all warm and comforting. There were also refreshing appetizers, fresh and delicious fruits, and freshly ground soy milk that was rich and thick, along with perfectly aromatic coffee. Everything was fresh, delicious, and meticulously prepared, making for a nutritious and hearty start to the day. My happiness levels were off the charts! Overall, the hotel's service was consistently attentive and warm. Whether it was the front desk staff, the cleaning aunties, or the restaurant staff, everyone was friendly, polite, and enthusiastic. The cleaning aunties tidied the room daily, made the bed, and replenished supplies, all while being quiet and unobtrusive, leaving the room impeccably clean and organized. Any inquiries were met with prompt and patient responses, and staff even proactively helped with requests, demonstrating thoughtful and genuinely warm service that was truly heartwarming. In terms of value for money, it was impeccable. Such a great location, clean and comfortable environment, attentive service, and delicious breakfast, all at a very affordable price, far exceeding the standards of hotels in the same price range. The hotel is located next to Yuantong Temple, which is a pretty good location. It's about a fifteen to twenty-minute walk to Cuihu Lake. There are also many delivery options nearby. Being a new hotel, the environment is great, and it's very clean. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly nice! Ms. Wang at the front desk was particularly wonderful; she made me feel right at home. She'd enthusiastically ask about my plans for the day when I came and went, and even offered helpful suggestions. She's truly sincere and reliable. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit to Kunming.

I've stayed at many Hanting hotels, but the location of this one is absolutely fantastic! It's right next to Nanping Pedestrian Street, so you just go downstairs and you're surrounded by all sorts of snacks and shops. It was super convenient to explore until late at night and then head back to the hotel. The room was clean, the mattress was just the right balance of soft and firm, and a hot shower was perfect for washing away the day's fatigue. The front desk lady even proactively recommended the most authentic local rice noodles, which was so thoughtful. Next time I'm in Kunming, I'll definitely stay here again; the value for money is truly excellent!

We had no plans to travel to Kunming, but because the flight from Shangri-La was cancelled, we hurriedly booked this Hanting Hotel. We arrived at the hotel with our hiking partners. When we left, the lady at the front desk reminded us to bring charged mobile phones. When we checked out, the guy at the front desk kindly asked us if we wanted to bring two bottles of water. The hotel facilities are very complete, the rooms are cleaned very cleanly, and it is within walking distance from Cuihu Lake and Shuncheng Shopping Center. It is a wonderful experience!

The hotel was easy to find, just 50 meters from Exit E of Huancheng South Road subway station, next to the business hall. The interior was clean and tidy, and the double room was larger than several other hotels I've stayed in. However, the service wasn't satisfactory. Breakfast wasn't included when I booked the room, but the receptionist persuaded me to buy it, thinking it wasn't expensive. However, the receptionist didn't explain the breakfast hours, and I was confused when I called the front desk the next morning. I called twice, but no one answered, and I was using the room's landline. So I decided to go to the restaurant on the third floor. But when I went to the restaurant for breakfast, I didn't know that the room card needed to be swiped twice in the elevator. The receptionist hadn't explained this, which caused a lot of trouble, and I had to go back to the first floor to ask. Anyway, I was furious about this that day. I was so angry!

The hotel is very good. It is near Kunming Airport. I often stay there. Their free pick-up and drop-off service is very good. You are not afraid of being woken up if you are late. The room is also clean and hygienic. If you come early, you will get a packed breakfast. The service is very good, and the beauty at the front desk is also very smiling😊! Recommended.

This trip to Kunming chose the right hotel! Hanting Xinluojiwan Store really made ”good but not expensive” to the extreme ～ The location is too good. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Guangwei Station of Metro Line 4. It is convenient to go to Kunming South Railway Station and Guandu Ancient Town. Downstairs is Luojiwan Trade City. Shopping and business trips are super worry-free. There are also specialties in Zijun Village around, so you don't have to run far for food. The room was clean and pleasant, the sheets were white and odorless, as soft as the sun, the bathroom had no dead ends, the constant temperature hot water came quickly and steadily, and the verbena essential oil toiletries were also lightly fragrant. The bedding was comfortable to sleep on the backside, the sound insulation effect exceeded expectations, and the work was not disturbed when staying up late. The service is even warmer, the front desk lady is warm and patient, check in with the Hua shopkeeper self-service machine, 30 seconds to get it, no need to queue at all. The breakfast is super rich, freshly ground soy milk, meat buns, and local specialty snacks, full of energy and full of energy. The 24-hour self-service laundry room and luggage storage cabinet are also particularly practical, and the party no longer has to worry about changing laundry.
