Hanting Hotels in Kunming

Super convenient! After exploring the old town, it was a breeze to get back to the hotel, and it was surprisingly quiet too. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming! We visited during the summer holidays, and compared to other similar hotels in the same price range, this one offered excellent value for money. It's located very close to the metro station, which makes getting around super easy if you're not driving. Highly recommend!

Originally I booked a boutique hotel but when I arrived to check in I found out the the property has no elevators and I was allocated a room on the 3 level. Luckily the owner allowed me to cancel the booking. Using trip.com which I believe is the most user friendly I booked the Hanting which was about 170 meters from my original hotel.  I was very impressed by the hotel staff and the hotel itself. Bright  spacious and clean room and breakfast was included. Will stay here again

The location is absolutely superb! Right outside, you're on the bustling Nanping Pedestrian Street, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. Downstairs, you'll find everything from convenience stores and bubble tea shops to unique local snack stalls. Coming back from the night market in the evening, with my hands full of local treats like flower cakes and dried mushrooms, I was absolutely beaming with happiness! The delivery robot is super cute; it delivers takeout right to your door, even late at night, which really adds to the sense of security. The room was very clean and well-equipped. The receptionist recommended trying the snacks on Kunming Old Street, and they were excellent!

This time I lived in Hanting, I really chose the right one! The room was clean and nothing to say, the sheets were refreshing, even the corners of the table were clean, and the living was very practical. The decoration is new, simple and bright, and it looks comfortable. The service was not picked. When registering, the staff smiled and greeted them. They also took the initiative to help carry the luggage to the elevator. It felt particularly warm. There are not many types of breakfast but everything is real, the porridge is thick, the side dishes are fresh, and the stomach is warm. The most intimate is takeaway, do not have to run errands, they will help to collect at the front desk, but also carefully remember the room number to remind you, too convenient. This price is very good, I will choose here next time!

The room is very new, and the hotel's facilities and equipment are also relatively new. When I booked the room, I mainly wanted to take my children to the Kunming Wildlife Park nearby. I stayed in a special B&B in Minzhu Village the night before. Compared with the facilities and equipment, the wooden stairs and stairs are older. As a B&B, Hanting Hotel is advanced and convenient! The hotel's robots deliver food, which surprises and excites the children. The bright and spacious room makes my brother more willing to do homework. The free self-service washing machine on the first floor is equipped with laundry detergent, disinfectant, and a dryer, which is perfect for traveling. For a family guest staying for four or five days, this is simply not too considerate! What made me feel even more at home was the front desk staff Tan Hao. He was handsome and considerate. I checked in at 13:00 and the room had not been cleaned during the holiday. When I learned that I was anxious to take my children to the zoo that day, Tan Hao suggested that I could store my luggage. , seeing that the children were tired at noon, I gave the two children a box of watermelon and small bubbles. The children suddenly became happy and energetic! After checking in, the toilet in the room is relatively smart. Children and elders are not very good at using it. They accidentally closed the water valve. The staff patiently explained and came to the room to solve the problem. After the five-day trip, I was in a hurry every day. I thought the pace could be slower on the last day. I asked about the check-out time and was told that it was 12:00. Tan Hao saw my hesitation and asked me if I needed to delay my arrival. Check out at 14:00, he can help me apply. Everyone can understand my surprise! What moved me the most was that after I finished washing the children’s clothes, I planned to go downstairs and put the clothes in the dryer, but I found that the staff had already put the clothes in the dryer! I would also like to mention the breakfast at the hotel. The breakfast variety is very down-to-earth, including freshly cooked rice noodles, noodles, wontons, Chinese stir-fried vegetables, fried rice, milk and soy milk, fruit noodles, yogurt, pickles and porridge... As a hotelier who has worked in the hotel for ten years For many years, I have been working as a staff member of an international chain of five-star hotels. Hanting Hotel impressed me by the service and hotel equipment functions of domestic brand hotels. Tan Hao's proactive service awareness and service accomplishments have set an excellent example for us hotel staff! I hope the boss will give outstanding employees like Tan Hao a promotion and a salary increase!

Not bad. This stay was a great experience! The hotel is in an excellent location and convenient for travel. The room is clean and comfortable, with complete and new facilities. The bedding is soft and provides a good night's sleep. The service is even more considerate, and the staff are warm and thoughtful, responsive to all requests. The breakfast is rich and varied and tastes good. The price/performance ratio is very high. I will choose this hotel next time. Highly recommended!

We had no plans to travel to Kunming, but because the flight from Shangri-La was cancelled, we hurriedly booked this Hanting Hotel. We arrived at the hotel with our hiking partners. When we left, the lady at the front desk reminded us to bring charged mobile phones. When we checked out, the guy at the front desk kindly asked us if we wanted to bring two bottles of water. The hotel facilities are very complete, the rooms are cleaned very cleanly, and it is within walking distance from Cuihu Lake and Shuncheng Shopping Center. It is a wonderful experience!

This hotel was chosen for both landing in Kunming and returning. There is basically nothing wrong with it. The only drawback is that the room is a little small, but it is OK for 2 people. After all, the houses in this old city are built like this. The breakfast is very satisfactory. I also ate in 5-star hotels during the trip. I feel that this breakfast is fresher than that of the 5-star hotel.
