EZZI HOTEL Properties in Kunming

Facilities: The hotel is newly opened, so the facilities are all very new. Cleanliness: It's okay, but there was a curly lint on the coffee table. I don't know if it was left by the previous guest or if the cleaning staff shared towels. This is a downside. Environment: The location is near Kunming South Railway Station and the University Town, but it's quite remote. It's very far from any tourist attractions, and surprisingly, it's quite noisy. The building where the hotel is located is under construction, and there's a lot of cement and building materials, so it's a bit messy. Service: The service was fine, but it would be nice if they upgraded the room when there weren't many guests. The room didn't look like the advertised 30/35 square meters; it was smaller, more like 20/25 square meters. It felt like the advertised size was misleading, which was unsatisfactory.
