Echarm Hotels in Kunming

I had an amazing stay at this hotel for 2 nights. The lobby on the 4th floor is only accessible by 1 of the 2 lifts in the building. The other lift goes to another hotel. I believe all the 4th floor belongs to this hotel so you don't need to take the lift to your rooms. Upon arrival, they gave us a welcome orange drink while we waited at the lobby to be checked-in. The room & toilet are so spacious and is exactly as pictured. For 2 days, the hotel gave us cut fruits (watermelon, honeydew & dragon fruit) and also the 鲜花饼 flower cake from 花满楼 Miss Happy! The hotel is close to where the food is so we were never hungry. Thank you to 邶秋 for sharing useful info via WeChat during our check-in, otherwise we would not know there is a free self-service washing machine & dryer at room 8857 and a gym as well. It was pretty quiet the whole time I stayed so we were well-rested. I am already looking forward to my next stay with this hotel!

The room was really satisfactory. The details were well done. Especially the front desk staff were very enthusiastic. We were traveling with two families. Hotel selection is very important. This hotel is trustworthy. (One more thing to explain is that we are tourists from Xinjiang. The front desk staff insisted on asking us about our next itinerary. Where did we come from and where did we go? Don’t Xinjiang people belong to the People’s Republic of China?) Guests from other places don’t ask at all. This is different treatment.

The room is very comfortable and clean. The staff are nice and helpful even though they barely speak English, they would try to find a way to communicate with you. This hotel is highly recommended especially for anyone who wants to take a siesta while you're waiting for your flight transfer.

The service attitude of the lady at the front desk of the hotel is very good and enthusiastic. The hotel is in a good location, there are many restaurants nearby, Huaqianfang and Colorful Yunnan are next to it, and there is also a free basketball court [sly smile] The environment is comfortable, the room is clean and hygienic, the Wi-Fi speed is fast, the bedding and pillows are very comfortable, the facilities and equipment are complete, and the cost performance is quite high. I will choose Yishang next time I come.

Good hotel. The staff are very helpful and nice. Room was clean, the towel was bit old as the edges were worn out. But it was clean and white and wrapped in plastic. So no issue using it. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. Heating was good. Close to metro station

Bringing my family to Kunming to play, a very pleasant stay, parking is very convenient, the front desk lady will be very patient to tell you where to park, and parking is free, the service is super good! The front desk smelled too comfortable, the room was very clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, the overall design was full, the facilities were complete, and it was very convenient to travel and eat. It was close to Kunming Haile World Shopping Mall. It was very good to eat, drink and play. There were also many delicious foods downstairs. Very good value for money, food, clothing, housing and transportation are very convenient, hehe, a very pleasant trip to Kunming, next time you come to Kunming, this hotel is the first choice, great
