Delta Properties in Kunming

This was my second stay at this hotel, and a small incident truly showed me the warmth and dedication of the entire staff! When a minor issue occurred, all the hotel staff immediately took responsibility, without any buck-passing, and proactively offered me their help 🌹🌹. I've stayed in many hotels, but the service here genuinely surprised me (the last hotel that impressed me this much with its service was The Portman Ritz-Carlton in Shanghai). Although the price here is much lower than the Ritz-Carlton, it felt even warmer. I originally chose this hotel because it was close to my destination, but now I'm a complete fan and will always consider staying here when I come to Kunming. Thank you to everyone who helped me, and to everyone I interacted with at the hotel during my stay! Kunming is a warm city, but everyone's enthusiasm, patience, and responsibility made it even warmer!
