"This is the best Santika hotel I've ever stayed at. The hotel is grand, and the rooms are incredibly spacious. The food selection is varied, and the hotel staff are all very, very helpful. It's a family-friendly hotel, great for both kids and seniors. There are lots of activities for children. Highly recommended, especially with the affordable price. Worth trying and I will definitely be back!"

It is very suitable for business trips or short vacations. The room I stayed in was clean, tidy, and quite modern. Facilities such as AC, TV, and hot water all functioned well. The bed was also comfortable to rest after a day of activities. The size of the room is indeed not too big, but it is still quite spacious and does not feel cramped. The staff service is friendly and responsive. During check-in and check-out, the process was fast and not complicated. I also had time to ask for additional drinking water and it was immediately delivered to the room without having to wait long. The breakfast provided is quite varied with delicious local flavors. Although not as luxurious as a five-star hotel, it is enough to recharge your energy in the morning. For the price offered, Hotel Cordela is very worth it. Complete facilities, good location, and good service make it the right choice for anyone looking for comfortable accommodation without having to dig too deep into their pockets."

"overall rate 7.8/10 due to several things: 1. When checking in it took a really long time to wait an hour (only entered the room at 15.05) 2. The pool is a bit dirty. lots of sediment at the bottom of the pool. 3. The outdoor stairs are a bit slippery because of the rain 4. The hot water is difficult to regulate, you have to be clever at controlling the tap. 5. The shower room in the deluxe room is really small the rest is safe. + the interior design of the deluxe room is really good, classic and comfortable + the pool floor is not slippery. The stairs are also well maintained without rust + shower room and toilet function well + mattresses, pillows, blankets and clean sheets, well maintained, soft and fragrant."

"Old hotel but well maintained one. Clean sheets, toilet and furniture, no bad smell or dust at room. They have only 2 floors and no elevators. Breakfast buffet menus and tastes are good. At kids pool, they have slide, kid surely will love it. I stayed at suite room, there is a big bathtub."
