I booked a super twin room (no window) Overall is good, just got certain noise in neighboring rooms.

On the 1st day when we checked in, the floor of our room was very dusty, it's like as if nobody has sweep the floor for a few weeks. Subsequent days were better with daily housekeeping. Management, please take note of this if you want your customers to have a good first impression upon their check in. The pillow cases of the extra pillows have stains and they are not small stains, big stains. The top shelf of the cupboard is very dusty, no housekeeping on this area, really bad. Some kind of black beetle insect were found on the 1st day and the last day of our stay on the floor. Aircond - sometimes cold, sometimes hot, not consistent. Location of the hotel is very convenient, many eateries nearby.

I enjoy my stay and all the staff are so friendly. The location is very convenient and alot of pub and club are around it, you wont feel bored.

We had experienced power off in the mid night and called the receptionist but no action until we had to call for several times. Pls improve the service.

Air con is not cold . Not side table beside the bed. WiFi is slow. But it is a decent hotel just for a place to sleep.
