No idea if it was my room or the whole Hotel is run down like this! Even in corridors and Lobby every part shouts for renovation! Old building and furniture still doesn’t mean it can’t be clean at least! Bed sheets that are very old and abused and window glass you cant see thru and they call it forest view! They shouldn’t be allowed to offer such rooms for guests! Hotel needs to be closed!

Smaller than expected. Shower is extremely moldy as seen in the picture, obviously hasn’t been cleaned in months, no chairs provided in the rooms either. Location is on a quiet street

Please do NOT book. The hotel cleanliness is an issue. I have been in shared hostels cleaner than this. Booked garden view and paid extra to get blurred glass window that can’t see through and broken window so I can’t even close at night, this was so bad cause kept waking up cause of outside cars on main road. Also, expect few lizard and few ants everyday on the sink. Again PLEASE GO SOMEHWERE ELSE AND DONT BOOK.

This my second time here, ok laaa just nice! Easy for me to go to Menara Great Eastern 2 for my class. For sure will come again!

The room was great, spacious for 2 pax, the bathroom is also okay, but the shower space was not cleaned. 😕😕 This is my second time stay here, i really enjoy staying here minus the dirty shower space, hehehe.

Overall staying was good. Hotel agak lama tapi sebab ambil bilik premier so agak luas.

A good place for a transit night. It was clean and near to the mrt station. It has underground car park which is good. 👍

Honestly, when I first booked the room, I didn’t pay much attention to the reviews. I checked them the next day and saw a lot of negative comments, so I requested a cancellation, but the hotel refused. However, when I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised — the room was very clean, well-maintained, and looked much more modern than expected for the price. I booked a Premium City View room on the 4th floor. As a woman, I tend to be very particular about cleanliness, but I found the room, bathroom, and furnishings to be spotless. The only downside was the lack of basic amenities like a toothbrush and toothpaste. I honestly don’t understand why there are so many bad reviews. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Malaysia👍

Need some improvements about the room smells a bit like cigarettes. But overall services of the staff are awesome

Nice location n suitable price

The room was not clean. I told them to clean the room, but it was still not clean. Many plugs are not used. The TV is too old, not a smart TV.
