Not bad, but need more development for service

Decently clean. Better if the towel & linen is not so old. The staff is ok. The water shower is extremely hot which is good but could burn skin if not careful.

The receptionists are humble. When I check-in my room and lights are not working and I informed reception and the slow the lighting problem quickly.. can stay couples. Next time I book this hotel for my family Malaysia vacation

the Bed Sheets is dirty but location very near the lrt

I was in Kuala Lumpur for a pretty short time, so I was looking for an affordable hotel in a great location, and this hotel was a great fit. The room was small, and the bedding was not the cleanest, but for a short stay I was satisfied. You can walk or take the metro to many sightseeing spots, because the station is right beside the hotel. Quite easy to get here from the airport as well.

this hotel overall is ok, only the room 1. the light not functioning well, after go make report and they come fast to fix it. 2. the room facilities no TV provide 3. the room not clean well, I still can find out a "kua ci" under the side table. 4. the bathroom no exhaust fan, when I go in the bathroom got odor, then the water heater not functioning well, when I take shower didn't feel the hot water. 5. not house keeping come and clean up the room. hope the management please look in to it this matter .

From the reviews on Google and various booking sites, I had a very good impression of this hotel and wanted to book it on my last visit, but it was too expensive. However, this time I surprisingly found it at a cheaper price and decided to give it a chance. Unfortunately, I was shocked to find that I didn't like this hotel at all. The first issue was that the single room was very small, with just enough space for the bed and very little extra space. Second, there was a bad smell that I didn't like—it felt suffocating. The third issue was the lighting. There was just one big light, and if you keep it on, it's too harsh on your eyes. If you turn it off, the room is completely dark. There was no window, so it wasn't just dark—it was too dark. I couldn't sleep properly there
