Great stay, helpful staff, very nice facilities- great value

The apartment is very comfortable, and the room is spacious. We especially loved the easy access to the swimming pool — our little girl enjoyed it so much! We’ll definitely book this place again if we visit KL.

Excellent place to stay

Nice worth the money

The room is huge, like an apartment, with all the amenities. It's perfect for a family trip, with laundry and cooking facilities, and can accommodate multiple guests. The view is also great, with views of Kuala Lumpur's tallest building and the Petronas Twin Towers. Transportation is also convenient, with the light rail just outside and Petaling Street within walking distance. The downside is that it's close to the road and can be quite noisy, with traffic roaring at night.

I've said it all. The air conditioner had a problem. I was forced to sleep with the fan on all night and I was sweating all over. How come both air conditioners had a problem? The housekeeper asked a technician to come and repair it the next day so that I could use them. The toilet also had a problem. The exhaust fan didn't work and I was sweating all over when I took a shower. The technician came to repair it and it was all correct. I really feel sorry for him. The best environment would be to go to the swimming pool and gym. There is a sauna room in the toilet next to the gym.

I do not recommend!! The room was dirty, the sofa where the child was supposed to sleep was very dirty! The linen was only in the bedroom, there was no linen for the child!!!! When I pulled the sofa apart, there was terrible dirt there!!!! You supposedly moved in early and didn’t have time to clean up!!! Although we warned them a day in advance that we would arrive at 11am and paid an extra 100 ringgit! And during the correspondence, they barely brought us a sheet for the child, and you have to make the bed yourself!!! The service is bad!! There was dirty linen in the washing machine, they just forgot to wash it!!! And the clean linen looked like someone had already slept on it before us!! Bad, bad,!!

Very good. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the room, which can sterilize with high temperature. After playing in Kuala Lumpur and getting all sweaty, you don't have to carry dirty clothes around. Very good

The best..will repeat later

Clean, comfortable, spacious and well-equipped! It’s convenient to go anywhere and parking spaces are easy to find. Highly recommended! I will book this room again next time I come :) Love it👍
