Great place to stay...200m from the bar and restaurant street.Jln alor is 500m away and pavillon shopping...small kitchen with microwave laundry machine and water heater...good equipped gym and clean pool... security... would definitely stay again under the same conditions

I have business training at Verdant Hotel, just crossing the road for less than 1 min. Location wise really convenient to Bukit Bintang as well. The unit is clean. We are very satisfied. Maybe the unit can add additional glass for dressing 😁. I would suggest also the check in process to be more clear & simple instructions.

The parking only allow for certain room types booking. If you are looking for good price & location, this apartment style stay is ok. However, they don’t have room cleaning service, unless chargeable. No toothbrush, no mirror (except toilet), no chair in the studio apartment, no washing machine powder… Extra toilet rolls, water, need of room cleanings etc, all come with additional fees. The top floor swimming pool was also shut (staff said since 2 months ago) due to maintenance.

The location is great, you can walk to the Petronas Towers, Pavilion Shopping Center and other attractions. But the cleanliness of the room was a disappointment. The floor was terribly dirty, the carpet and sofa were stained, there were clumps of dust and debris on the floor, as well as hair. On the chair, if you move the pillow - everything is in dust and small debris. This causes an unpleasant impression of visiting this place. On the plus side - there was a comfortable bed, we slept well on it. And a properly working shower with good pressure, but there was not enough rug or towel for the feet, the floor in the bathroom was wet and slippery.

The apartment was spacious, with comfortable clean beds and two bathrooms. The TV tower and only the tops of the Petronas were clearly visible from the window. Otherwise, it was a disappointment: a terrible sagging dirty sofa, a lack of dishes, there wasn't even a cloth for the table. There was only one towel for each person. The cleanliness in the bathroom left much to be desired. Our apartment was on the 21st floor, although we asked for a higher one. The pool on the roof was under renovation, the administrator didn't say a word about it. Yes, there was a good pool on the 12th floor, but we wanted one on the roof and were looking for an apartment like that. I didn't really like the location either, it was a long way to go to decent cafes.

The infinity pool was closed untill 27th June which was not good news. 2 Water bottles given for 3days stay😭 Jalan alor-10mins walking distance

Service counter was not friendly. Couldnt understand what they are saying with that accent. Checking in took almost 15-20mins. Upon arriving in the room, we switched on the AC. AC was not cold, mind you we were in the room for almost 1h30mins. The water is so dirty, you can see the difference in the picture below. We inform the counter about the AC, water and the ceiling in the toilet. No actions were taken. Definitely not gonna come back here again. Will give 2/10 for overall.

It's nice suite. But there are some issues with the suite: the check in is in parking which make it unbreathable when entering! The room didnt have hair shampoo and toothbrush and i asked them to provide and they said cant! The main problem BTW was that, you pay for booking, but if you want any default basic things even like a towel, they would charge seperately

Check out time quiet long for around 30mins. The drinking water only had 4 bottles, which we stay for 4D3N. We thought that there will be kitchen equipment so we can cook something, but there was nothing. They provide the washing machine, but no detergent for washing. However, the location is very good and the size of the room is very spacious. It was very comforting to stay with big families.

Location good near to pavillion clean

Pavilion Ceylon Hill Suites Bukit Bintang has the best location. The apartment is very nice. Rooms are very modern and decently decorated. The Infinity swimming pool is really good. We will book this hotel again on our next trip to KL.

Very clean unit and strategically located near Bukit Bintang area and KL Tower.

We travelled all night/morning and got to the hotel at 11. The staff was nice enough to let us check in at 13:30 (considering they had to clean and make the room ready) I really appreciated that. It was easy to walk around and find the mall so the location is really nice. I must say the pool area was my highlight, they not only had 1 but two and both were clean and aesthetically pleasing. I loved it.

Location is very good. Just a short walk away from the pub street as well as Jalan Alor…they provide 1-2 rolls of toilet rolls for the entire stay and need to pay to get extra toilet rolls. There is kitchen and as stated can do light cooking. But they only provide 2 plates, 2 bowls.and very few cutleries. There is no pots or pans available should you want to do some light cooking so even use the stove to heat up the cooked food u bought from outside. Hopefully they can improve on that in time to come
