A Perfect Birthday Stay at Pakasai Resort! I stayed at Pakasai Resort in Ao Nang, Krabi for 2 nights (June 22–24) and couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful experience—especially for my birthday! I originally only hoped for a room upgrade, but the resort went far beyond my expectations and made my celebration truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and the surprises didn’t stop there. On my birthday, I was greeted with a beautiful birthday cake, a thoughtful message arranged on the bed, and genuinely heartfelt service throughout the day. I also booked dinner at GAIA, the resort’s own restaurant, and was treated to a free cocktail to celebrate. The atmosphere, service, and food were all excellent—it was the perfect birthday dinner. The resort itself is cozy and peaceful, surrounded by lush greenery that makes you feel close to nature. The pool area is lovely and relaxing, and the entire resort has a calm, welcoming vibe. Overall, I felt truly taken care of during my stay. I highly recommend Pakasai Resort to anyone visiting Ao Nang, especially if you're looking for a place that combines comfort, nature, and genuinely caring service. I’m already thinking about coming back!

Pakasai is a great option for accommodation in Krabi as it has an excellent location to Ao Nang beach and market! We have stayed at Pakasai twice (2023 and 2024) although we enjoy the facilities and staff, the rooms at Pakasai are quite outdated considering the hotel price. However, we don’t spend much time in the room so we still love this hotel! Great pool and nice to see dusky lead monkeys visit the trees above hotel! Overall this is a great hotel with the most amazing staff!! We will come back to this hotel 🫶

A Mixed Honeymoon Experience at Pakasai Resort, Krabi 💚 My husband and I recently stayed at Pakasai Resort in Krabi for our honeymoon, spending 6 days and 5 nights in their charming Honeymoon Chalet (Room 423). While the resort’s eco-friendly concept and tranquil natural environment created a memorable stay, our experience was a mix of highs and lows due to varying levels of service. On a positive note, we were thoroughly impressed by the outstanding hospitality of Hakim and Ibrahim, two staff members who truly went above and beyond. Hakim (the one who attached in photo with loved one) welcomed us warmly on our first night, providing fantastic recommendations for must-visit spots in Krabi, which really enhanced our trip. Ibrahim (didn’t get a chance to take a photo, he was on his off day during our last day in Pakasai) was equally helpful, especially when he assisted us with our heavy baggage to our chalet, located at the highest point of the resort. His suggestion to rent a bike in Krabi made exploring the area more enjoyable and convenient. However, our experience at the front desk left us feeling disappointed and disrespected. After a tiring walk back from Aonang Landmark Night Market for 20 minutes, my husband and I were exhausted and thirsty. We decided to rest at the lobby and politely asked the receptionist named Pin, if we could have some water to drink. Her response was curt and dismissive: “Here don’t have water. If you want water, you can go to the restaurant to buy it,” she said, pointing to the restaurant without a smile. As me and my loved one came with a background in hospitality, we found this interaction unprofessional and lacking in basic courtesy. What made it worse was witnessing her behavior toward other guests shortly after. When a few Western guests arrived, her demeanor completely changed—she greeted them warmly, with smiles and respect. This stark contrast made me question whether there was a double standard in how Asian and Western guests are treated. Despite this incident, Pakasai Resort has much to offer, with its peaceful environment, eco-conscious practices, and the strong hospitality of most staff members. I would also like to kindly request that management recognizes Hakim and Ibrahim for their outstanding service, as their dedication truly made our stay memorable. Staff like them are an asset to the resort and should be rewarded for their exceptional efforts. To Pakasai Resort management, I hope you can address inconsistencies in service to ensure every guest feels valued, respected, and welcomed equally.

Really enjoyed our stay here, friendly staff and beautiful views and scenery nice breakfast and massage in the spa ( really reasonablely priced) If you have mobility issues then might be an issue as there's alot of stairs up to your rooms

The hotel is nicely located next to the little 7/11 shop. In some steps round the corner there is a wonderful long lasting market with lots of little shops one by one.The sea is in about 20 walking minutes. The hotel is eco- oriented trying to preserve the trees and all around in their maximum best, therefore you might happen to be accommodated in the top hotel building where you have to climb up and down daily a lot( no lifts).But if you handle that, you will be presented a luxurious view from your balcony.

Great location where takes only few minutes to the beach. Lots of service such as laundry and currency exchange, convenient stores are within 1 minute walk from the entrance. Every room and every Villa is surrounded by green and bird's Singing. The staff are nice and professional. Also We like to have breakfast at the nearby waterfall and enjoy the sunshine through green. I would like to recommend people to stay with pakasai resort if they plan a vacation in Krabi.

Nice hotel with clean rooms and very calm atmosphere. Breakfast was good.

Great location (just a minute's walk from the main road and right next to a 7-eleven). Got upgraded to a honeymoon suite from a double room (probably because the suite's sink pipes were leaking). HUGE room. My favourite thing was to drink my morning coffee in the swing bed on the veranda outside and listen to the creatures making all sorts of funny sounds in the surrounding trees and look for lizards running around hastily. Then pool is only 1.2 m, but it's better than swimming in the polluted Aonang beach. They can arrange airport pick-up for you (1000 bath for up to 3 ppl and 3000 for up to 9, but taxis are cheaper (600 bath)) A very relaxing stay.

Hotel is well managed, greenery everywhere. The Staff was very kind and helpful.

The room was perfect, and the food was really good with many choices of Western dishes. Dinner was delicious.
