The place is so cozy and stocked with amenities. They have a Dyson hair dryer, portable chargers and many more! We got upgraded to a balcony room and the sunlight was really nice. The bed was super comfy and huge bonus, they offer laundry service with same day return. We just came back from the Mount Kinabalu hike and were exhausted. The laundry service was much needed. Also, their customer service is impeccable. There’s literally a WhatsApp number you can message for stuff and they reply so quick I barely have time to think.

First it’s amazing location, second so nice and helpful staff! Room is clean and nice but it’s small .. but as for me it was ok! Have a swimming pool and nice territory to walk a bit

Amazing room and service provided ! Room looks exactly like in the picture with more heartwarming items for loan for example power bank , foldable umbrella , free- flow mineral water , drinks, earplugs and etc. I would said it’s nearly perfect except a small flaw. If you are driving a car , it will be slight frustrated as only the Lift Bomba can access to the parking lot. When you press the lift , it’s all by luck whether the lift bomba will come first , if it’s not , you have to make the other lift go down first , then only press again for the lift bomba to come up. Understand that this will be the problem on the residence apartment design , besides than this no complain at all , location is definitely a great spot with maximum convenience!

Modern and high-tech design. They use all branded item, their cup is Starbucks, and the hairdryer is Dyson brand. The bathroom is attached with a bathtub. Very convenient location. Take a lift down is Imago shopping mall.

Had lovely stay at the Ritz Residence in KK . The highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking views from my room #5 The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions

Wonderful customer service from the proprietor, they were helpful with local information and flexible with the room. Converted and remodelled unit in a residential/business block above the Imago shopping centre, room was compact but nicely setup with classy decor. Tea, coffee, water, and 2 x crisps provided daily. Access to two good sized outdoor pools, lots of restaurants on the street and mall plus money exchange over the road. Excellent location, main tourist attractions are a short taxi ride away.

A Lovely clean Airbnb for sure! The staff were so kind and provided great service and communication. The location was really good as it was in the city as well as near the beach. Had lots of facilities to use. Would definitely book again. Great value for money :)

Excellent location, within a big shopping mall. 10 minutes from the international airport. The room look spacious. Good amenities provided. We have a personal check in by the service staff and she explained and showed us how to operate the touch screen switches. I like the lighted mirror very much and hands free toilet flushing which was very thoughtful in design. These made my stay an enjoyable trip.

Beautiful and clean room. Lots of details for a comfortable stay. Being attached to the mall made it easy to grab a quick bite. For check in, you'll need to contact the hotel ahead of time. They are very quick to respond on WhatsApp.
