Services very good

First of all,let's start with the booking process.all is smooth.the instructions to the location are smooth. BUT,my family was quite disappointed with this trip. For the price,i don't think this place should be called a resort. The place is already rundown. They are using the old pictures.the swimming pool no longer operating.no umbrella by the beach.no watersport activities. There is 1 block of abandoned building quite disturbing the whole view. The staff is not friendly,they should improve their service.but they are nice people. The curtain in the room is already torn out.but the room is clean. There are so many monkey. It is not safe to put your belongings at the beach while you out for swim. The highlight of this trip was the fire performance.please don't use the old pictures to sell this place called "resort".

The room was clean and the evening activities were interesting. Although there were only three families on the island, I really liked the quietness. There were no entertainment activities and no cost. I just lay quietly. If you like lively activities, you may feel bored, but I like to listen to the sea, see the blue sky, and play with the paddle board.

Amazing place, wonderful hotel, wonderful staff. The room is very clean, has everything you need, the beach is very beautiful, fine white sand on the shore, gentle entry into the sea, the food is one of the most delicious that we had during the entire trip to Borneo. The staff is just perfect, unobtrusive, constantly maintains cleanliness and immediately responds to all requests. You can take snorkeling masks and kayaks for free. One warning for vacationers - when you go to the beach do not take anything with you except towels, in the evening monkeys come who can use your things (one monkey drank the contents of two cans that we brought with us, it was very funny). I highly recommend this place for a quiet secluded holiday.

A small island that is perfect for lying down. You can pick up from the airport. There are speedboats to go to and from the island. The owner and staff are very enthusiastic. The food is delicious and rich. There are many dogs, chickens, ducks and geese on the island. The beach is of good quality and very fine.

Environment: The scenery on the island is amazing. It was off-season when I went there, so there were few people and the scenery was beautiful. Although the sea was not as clear as those on the distant islands of Mermaid Island, it was still cleaner and comfortable, and it felt like a vacation. Service: The staff were very nice, the person in charge was Chinese, and the communication was very smooth. I especially want to praise the food. The chef was great, and it was much better than the seafood meal I had in Kota Kinabalu city!!! There was a performance after dinner, and the atmosphere was super good. You can also play kayaking on the island, but I didn't play it because the waves were too big that day. Health: The room is simple and clean, and the facilities are relatively average. Overall, it is still worth a visit

The guy, A Shun, is very nice. The service is warm and thoughtful. This is the best memory this island gave me. It is a private island, far from KK, a two-hour drive. The owner is Chinese. The room is average, which is a matter of opinion. It is not proportional to the room price. There are few marine activities, suitable for leisure travel. The beach is private, there are few people, the sea water is average, the snorkeling site is even more average, and the equipment is not complete. Please take a detour if you care

There are many monkeys, chickens and dogs on the island. There are hula dance performances. The beach is very good. The location is a bit remote. Friends who want to come must arrange time and pick-up in advance.

When you arrive in Sabah, you must go to a resort on an outlying island to stay. This is the real island trip! Dolphin Island includes three meals and afternoon tea, and it also includes city pick-up and drop-off, which is very convenient. There were no crowds and the scenery was really beautiful! I really couldn’t bear to leave, so much stamina! If time permits, it would be more comfortable to stay for two days. good service!
