American price at South East Asian/Pacific/Indian standard of hygiene. Room was dirty with hairs everywhere. Internet constantly gets disconnected you need ID&Psssword login every single time, I cannot believe this is 5 star hotel. It’s city location which I’m not fond of, but view from room was great and must be good for tourists who want to actively go around the island. I preferred Palau Pacific, the serenity of location.

The staff in PRR are very kind and helpful. Hotel facilities are excellent, including a constant temperature outdoor swimming pool, private beach, gym, recreation room (pool and table tennis), as well as outdoor tennis court and mini-golf. You can find day-trip leaflet at hotel, staff are very willing to arrange the trip for you.

good resort, suitable for leisure vacation

I really enjoyed my stay at Palau Royal Resort, which lasted for 6 nights as my return flight had to be postponed by 2 days. It was home away from home, and I cannot thank all the staff enough for their excellent service, welcoming smiles and wonderful help rendered throughout our stay. Our room was also cleaned up very well every single day, kudos to the lovely cleaning lady who always greeted us with a beaming smile when she came around to do her job. 10/10 would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Palau!

Everything is good!

One of the few 5-star hotels in Palau. I heard from a local friend that the hotel is managed by a Japanese company, so they will deliberately raise the room rate for those who use Chinese platforms to book the hotel. To find out the truth, I used the Ctrip App on a mainland phone and the Booking App on a Canadian phone to check the room rate of the hotel on the same date and compared them, which confirmed the correctness of my friend's statement... I feel speechless...

A very beautiful hotel with its own pier. If I have the opportunity to visit Palau again, I will definitely book this hotel again. It is really beautiful. The room is clean and has a bathtub.

I have never seen such a bad hotel wifi in my life, it reconnects every three minutes. I asked the hotel for help many times but it was useless.

The room is super beautiful. You can see hills and the ocean at a glance. I have posted the photos here. A very suitable hotel for a holiday. The service staff are also very helpful. The beach is great, probably the best swimming experience I have ever had in all the ocean. Because the scenery is beautiful and the water is very clean, I fell in love with it after swimming! The only problem is that the WIFI doesn't work very well and keeps popping up. It makes it difficult for me to work, haha. Maybe that's why I can rest in this hotel. But it is indeed the only flaw. What impressed me very much was that in the wave restaurant, Daniela was really great. Once we went there, she basically remembered what we wanted, and she was super attentive! This kind of staff is really unforgettable, and I want to thank you so much Praise! All in all, highly recommended to everyone!

We had a day or so to rest up before heading out on a scuba diving live aboard. The staff here at PRR were so kind, helpful and amazing. Their "high-touch" approach included everything from pristine, comfortable rooms with a gorgeous view of the private beach and ocean to a "welcoming" coupon for a free drink. The rooms are newly renovated and spacious with a lovely bath area. A small refrigerator, tea, coffee and 2 bottles of free water were included. There is a lovely spa on site and the restaurant has a generous buffet of island delicacies to enjoy. There is a shuttle available to collect and return you to Korer International airport (fee-based). The front desk staff were very helpful, patient, and easy to work with.

After reading mixed reviews, we were unsure what to expected, but we were really positively surprised by the hotel. The price was fair for what we received! Room: We got upgraded to a room with views over the beach, which was beautiful. The AC was very powerful, the bathroom was very big and even had a Japanese toilet. They had a big amount of toiletries available for free. There was a mini fridge to store food/drinks, and two small complimentary bottles of water. They had USB and USB-C plugs in the wall and international power sockets. It wasn’t the most modern room, but very clean and still pretty. Hotel: The hotel grounds are extremely pretty, there is a saltwater pond with a turtle and various tropical fish. The pool is nice and calm, and the private man made beach is ideal for relaxing and snorkeling while looking at the rock islands. They closed off the water around the beach with some nets, as right outside of the hotel area there’s a boating lane with many boats passing by, so the swimming/snorkeling options are limited, but there are still more than enough corals to house beautiful fish. The restaurant is not cheap but has really good food and the bar has nice cocktails and free karaoke on most nights. We received a 5 minute massage voucher and it was one of the best ones we ever had. There are water fountains and ice machines in some floors for free and unlimited use, and there are ice buckets in the room. Laundry and dryer is available 24/7, for 3.50$ each. The hotel in general is not the newest/most modern, but still very clean and kept up well. Location: There are many restaurants in walking distance, and a small grocery store across the street which is very convenient. Airport transfer is 25$ per person per way. For some reason they made us leave the hotel at 5:30 am when departure was at 8:30, and we were at the gate at around 6:30, but I guess you can never be too safe. Staff/Service: Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. They tried their best to accommodate any special requests we had. We would definitely come back and can really recommend this place.

1. we have a disabled and older person, I suggest you have to set disable room in the shower otherwise a very dangerous. 2. the room is very humid so the floor always wet. 3. Darwin at the restaurant is great.
