American price at South East Asian/Pacific/Indian standard of hygiene. Room was dirty with hairs everywhere. Internet constantly gets disconnected you need ID&Psssword login every single time, I cannot believe this is 5 star hotel. It’s city location which I’m not fond of, but view from room was great and must be good for tourists who want to actively go around the island. I preferred Palau Pacific, the serenity of location.

The staff in PRR are very kind and helpful. Hotel facilities are excellent, including a constant temperature outdoor swimming pool, private beach, gym, recreation room (pool and table tennis), as well as outdoor tennis court and mini-golf. You can find day-trip leaflet at hotel, staff are very willing to arrange the trip for you.

good resort, suitable for leisure vacation

I really enjoyed my stay at Palau Royal Resort, which lasted for 6 nights as my return flight had to be postponed by 2 days. It was home away from home, and I cannot thank all the staff enough for their excellent service, welcoming smiles and wonderful help rendered throughout our stay. Our room was also cleaned up very well every single day, kudos to the lovely cleaning lady who always greeted us with a beaming smile when she came around to do her job. 10/10 would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Palau!

Everything is good!

One of the few 5-star hotels in Palau. I heard from a local friend that the hotel is managed by a Japanese company, so they will deliberately raise the room rate for those who use Chinese platforms to book the hotel. To find out the truth, I used the Ctrip App on a mainland phone and the Booking App on a Canadian phone to check the room rate of the hotel on the same date and compared them, which confirmed the correctness of my friend's statement... I feel speechless...

A very beautiful hotel with its own pier. If I have the opportunity to visit Palau again, I will definitely book this hotel again. It is really beautiful. The room is clean and has a bathtub.

I have never seen such a bad hotel wifi in my life, it reconnects every three minutes. I asked the hotel for help many times but it was useless.

The room is super beautiful. You can see hills and the ocean at a glance. I have posted the photos here. A very suitable hotel for a holiday. The service staff are also very helpful. The beach is great, probably the best swimming experience I have ever had in all the ocean. Because the scenery is beautiful and the water is very clean, I fell in love with it after swimming! The only problem is that the WIFI doesn't work very well and keeps popping up. It makes it difficult for me to work, haha. Maybe that's why I can rest in this hotel. But it is indeed the only flaw. What impressed me very much was that in the wave restaurant, Daniela was really great. Once we went there, she basically remembered what we wanted, and she was super attentive! This kind of staff is really unforgettable, and I want to thank you so much Praise! All in all, highly recommended to everyone!

First time at this hotel and thought it was great! I made a mistake in my arrival time and the PRR airport staff and registration staff couldnt have been more accommodating — which was appreciated since this all occurred at 1am! Rooms were clean, comfortable and the service everywhere at the resort was superb. A particular shout-out to Concierge Ezra, who went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my room. A big thank you to her!

We were here for 5 nights and really enjoyed this ideally located hotel. We were on a tour and our tour provider was located right at the marina next to the hotel. The Mandara Spa was wonderful. Breakfast and other meals at the hotel exceeded my expectations. A very nice and professional wait staff. I loved the daily breakfast buffet that offered many wonderful Asian inspired dishes. There were more regular breakfast options for those seeking pancakes, omelettes and such. The gift shop sells many useful items in case you lose something or need protection against the sun. There is a minimart across the street where you can buy snacks, milk or beverages for the room. Rooms have a safe. There are filtered water stations on floors 3 and 5 to replenish water bottles.

I stayed at PRR through the New Years for 12 Days while on a dive trip and had an excellent stay. I really enjoyed the private beach at the resort. I was surprised with the reef there and as a diver still had a lit if fun just swimming around there. The trims were clean and updated. There was only one issued when I noticed some water dripping from the ceiling. I told the cleaning staff and it was fixed immediately by the time I was back from diving with no future issues. The front deck staff was great and helped make reservations and get taxis for us. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with so many options to eat before a big day of diving. The staff there was fantastic. I always felt very welcomed. Janry, Ben, Rose and Oya were amazing and were always ready to serve. Per Oya’s recommendation the beef noodles are truly fantastic and would highly recommend them.

This place is so lovely. The views of the island from the rooms are incredible, the staff are very nice and willing to help. I had made an issue with my booking and I called them prior to check in asking them if there was a way they could fix it. At check in time they told us they had upgraded our room to a suite. The food in the restaurant is very nice, we also noticed they have a cute little herb garden that they grow on the hotel premises. There is free parking for guests available on the premises and a nice souvenir shop next to reception. They also have a tennis court and a small putt putt golf course although it seems to be a bit overgrown and hard to find. The location of the hotel is great, not too far from the city; great restaurants around and even a mini mart across the road. Definitely will be coming back to this hotel my next Palau trip.
