"We tried to reserve two rooms for my wife and my sister, but it didn't work out for my sister, which was a bit of a problem.
The staff member at the time was very kind and helpful, which was very much appreciated. This was the fourth time we stayed here as a couple, and although mountain climbing is affected by the season and weather, we were able to stay at the hotel with peace of mind.

"The room was clean and the housekeeping staff would send water to the room during the evening meal.
Two days of kaiseki dinner is not awkward, very looking forward to the freshness. The staff in the hall are very kind, and the students are very good at English and proactive. I appreciate the staff service in the hall very much and deserve praise!
The hotel lobby is designed in a traditional style with flowers and flowers everywhere, which is like a work of art.
The room design is quite old, but the maintenance is not bad."

"1. The food was satisfactory, both dinner and breakfast.
2. The room was dark and needed more light sources.
3. The water in the bathroom was only a trickle, and the drainage was poor.
4. The large communal bath was fine for a hot spring, but unfortunately there were no combs or hair styling equipment in the changing room, and it seemed like the customer was ignored.

"As a base for climbing Kiso komagatake, I was taken care of in 2 nights and 3 days.
It was very close to the bus stop for the ropeway platform and had excellent access. The staff were warm and polite, and I was able to relax from the bottom of my heart. The quality of the hot springs is also excellent, and I am very satisfied that I can heal the tiredness of climbing."

"The hospitality at the Nagami-No-Yuyado Nakayama is fantastic. We were warmly welcomed by the proprietress. I don’t know if they can speak Chinese, but their English ability is quite high. It is easily accessible to Komagane Bus Terminal and Komagane Station. The baths are very quaint and relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling through Komagane!"

Breakfast, Japanese buffet type, not much refill (may be not much guess). Request for certain refill food is ok.
A good transit stop to trekking of Mount Lomagatake 駒岳."
