"Positive Feedback: cleaning staff was very humble. The staff in the morning breakfast dinning area was making most of their efforts to cater all the guests with the food. Food items had a wide range and good quality and taste. Rooms were average, I booked city view for rooms however on arrival the reception guy offered me back side view. I accepted without objection. Negative Feedback: the facility needs better maintenance. Tiles on the entry are broken. The reception roof has webs all over. The roof top was dusty. Swiming pool washroom and changing rooms needs better maintenance they were stinking. Jacuzzi should have booking systems if the demands are higher. Overall happy."

"This is an excellent hotel in kolhapur. Its location is central. My parents have been using this hotel twice a year and he booked it for my family stay for a night. The rooms are superb, clean with efficient room service. Front desk too has been too good. The dinner and breakfast were of high quality. Music was outstanding."

"The hotel is well placed, it is near from the local attractions, guests don’t need to travel much from there to visit the attractions, the service is excellent and the staff is friendly. If you are lucky you would be meeting local celebrities as well. The food is excellent with authentic taste. The amenities are plenty and one can relax and rejoice over there."

"No napkins, sleepers in the room. Quality of hangers found pathetic sofa provided in the room was horrible, if you sit on it, it slides and hence no place to sit in room. Room service items are very costly. A cup of tea was charged rs 125. 00 will not go to it again"
