Stayed here for 3 nights and had a lovely time. The hosts are so welcoming and helpful, they went above and beyond to make our stay great. They recommended some lovely restaurants and put us up and extra night during the storm. Would recommend mar24 to anyone! 5* :)

Nous avions réservé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel en se basant (malheureusement) uniquement sur les avis lus sur Agoda et Booking mais l’expérience fut plus que décevante! L’hôtel a des avis tellement positifs sur ces 2 plateformes le classant dans la catégorie des « fabuleux » mais c’est purement scandaleux! L’hôtel n’a rien à voir avec les photos, la piscine correspond plutôt à un bassin à poissons, rien autour, des chambres d’un autre temps, des moisissures dans tous les joints de salle de bain, une configuration de salle de bain improbable, bref… nous avions réservé 2 nuits nous n’en avons passé qu’une et avons fait le check out dès le lendemain de notre arrivée. Seul point qui correspondait aux avis est l’accueil du gérant mais cela n’efface pas le reste, 67e pour 2 nuits sans petit déjeuner à ce niveau là ça mérite un dédommagement de la part d’Agoda. Je déconseille…. J’ai laissé le même avis sur Agoda mais j’ai été censuré, c’est intolérable….

Super friendly hotel- from the first pick up from the pier we were welcomed in. The staff are lovely and will do anything to help you. It’s in a quieter area but with some good restaurants around / Dee Dee, Matchima, Ying Yang to name a few of our favourites. It is a big away from Sairee big I could walk to the Mae hand area in about 15 minutes ( be careful - no pavement). - if you can book a taxi for 200 baht ( about half the price of a normal taxi) . Rooms were well kept and Stocked up daily, beds super comfy and soft! Special mention to Kung who Is the nicest lady going - she does the motorbike taxi but on several occasions she dropped me off without charging. She also does the Laundry. She is such a sweet heart and works so hard. Thank you to the taxi driver who came and got us after our walk to the viewpoint and for all the other trips. Thank you to all the staff who were always so smiley and kept the hotel so clean. This is a quiet hotel - we didn’t hear any noise or doors slamming in the evenings ( but if you want to Party then head to Sairee😊) One tiny improvement would be the holder for the shower - if you put the shower on it, it didn’t reach you, so had to hold it ( but it was a Good shower) .

The room and everything in the building are super clean. Staff are very friendly. Daily free refill of bottle water and snacks. It also has a nice swimming pool. Large parking area in front of court yard. Conveniently located on the main road but very quiet. Plenty of places to eat around the area. A small nice beach is within 15 mins of walk. They have motorbike for rent and also can help various tour and ferry ticket bookings. Great value

Highly recommend this place to stay !!! Me and my friend stayed here for 8 nights and had such a great time. The hosts were incredibly helpful and really looked after us. the cleanliness of the property was fantastic and the amenities made each day even better. Can’t wait to come back to Koh Tao and stay here again :)

Staying Mar24 was a great experience. The place is clean,modern,and well-maintained. The staff are awesome, really friendly and helpful.As I was leaving by the taxi,I had a scratch on my toe. The receptionist actually ran out to give me a Band-Aid. It was a small gesture, but it left a big impression.
