I cannot speak highly enough about Silver Sands! The customer service we received at this resort was truly amazing. Ody took great care of us during our stay. He helped us with taxis, gave us a quick lesson on driving motorbikes, provided excellent recommendations, and was overall just a pleasure to be around. The rooms were nice and located right on the water! It was very easy to walk to restaurants and markets around the resort - there is so much nearby. Amenities we used at the resort included snorkel/mask rentals, motorbike rentals, and laundry. If you are looking for a place to stay in Koh Tao, stay here!

Terrible!! Nothing like the pictures! Run down and not even a 1 star. Property has NO pool, NO TV, NO restaurant or coffee cafe. Our room had no bed tables, no closet or rack for clothes, no dresser, no chair, no mirror, no kettle, no pictures or decor of any kind, no shower curtain. The Refrigerator was old and rusty. The room and bathroom looked like the inside of a cement prison cell. Mattress was Old and hard as a rock and pillows also Old hard and flat.

The room was basic, but this is what we were expecting and it exceeded our expectations for cleanliness. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hut was close to the beach so noisy at night, but the staff offered to move us if it became too loud. We were diving with Bigblue, so location was perfect for us.

Les infrastructures ne sont jamais entretenus. Les photos on 20 Ans . En face de notre fenêtre ,les ouvriers construisent un bâtiment qui fait forcément du bruit. La nuit le chien attaché aboie à chaque fois que quelqu'un passe car la résidence est ouverte à tous le monde ainsi que les scooters. Je ne retournerai pas.

Bungalow a 20 mt dalla sabbia,vi si accede dal vialetto che porta al Fiz bar. Bungalow molto carino,in legno,con frigor,doccia e sanitari. Camera rifatta tutti i giorni,cosi come tutti i giorni lo staff cambia gli asciugamani. Nella veranda resente anche l'amaca. Personale cordiale ed esaustivo nelle richieste. Grazie,ottimo soggiorno

Viaggio di gruppo con 14 persone. Ho prenotato 7 bungalow nel giardino che da sulla spiaggia, puliti e con ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ody, il responsabile del resort che ho contattato dall'Italia, è stato gentilissimo e disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta, accompagnandomi a cambiare i soldi, aiutando uno del gruppo con un problema con la carta di credito e anche prenotando per conto nostro un paio di ristoranti. Una persona straordinaria, un resort che consiglio vivamente.
