Ecotao Lodge

This hotel has stunning views and a FANTASTIC swimming pool. The staff is very friendly and speaks perfect English, which is very much appreciated. The breakfast buffet we had included was delicious, and we also had lunch and dinner there since the food is very fresh and tasty. Our cottage was AMAZING, fully equipped, and with spectacular views from our terrace. The cottages provide a lot of privacy, even on the terrace. Totally recommended!!! P.S. When we arrived, the staff recommended us some trips; we chose the snorkel trip and it was the best snorkel ever!!! ……………………………….. Este hotel tiene unas vistas increíbles sobre el mar desde la piscina. El personal es muy amable y habla inglés perfectamente. El desayuno buffet que teníamos incluido estaba delicioso, pero también comimos y cenamos en el hotel ya que la comida era espectacular. Nuestra cabaña no podía ser más bonita, totalmente equipada y con vistas espectaculares desde nuestra terraza. Mucha privacidad, incluso en la terraza. Totalmente recomendable!! P.D.: al hacer el check-in el personal nos recomendó varias excursiones, lo cual agradecimos mucho ya que no teníamos ningún plan; elegimos la excursión de snorkel y fue todo un acierto!!!!

We stayed here for five nights and what a fantastic stay we had. It all started with the warm welcome from hostess Elaine. She immediately made you feel at home. Hostess Natalia (who works the other half of the week) is also very friendly and takes care of everything for you: from scooter rentals and taxis to laundry. They are very interested in their guests and always enjoy a chat. They are always there for you. Compliments! The room was an oasis of tranquility. The cottage with its veranda and hammock is nestled in nature, and from the pool, you also have a view of the sea. The lodge was very clean. Plenty of towels (also for the pool) and a nice bathroom. It is a bit warm in the cottage. The air conditioning doesn't work very well, but you get used to it and find a good setting to avoid turning your cottage into a sauna. One thing the lodge itself can't control is the music from Monkey Party or Secret Party, which play nearby from 10 PM until midnight. We were unlucky enough to have this happen two nights in a row, and we could clearly hear the noise. However, you can easily plan your stay around the parties' schedules so you won't be bothered by it. It also depends on which way the wind blows. We looked forward to breakfast every night. It was pure bliss. You could order anything: scrambled eggs, omelets, poached eggs, yogurt bowls, iced lattes. We highly recommend the pancakes. We also had dinner here once: spring rolls, red curry, and stir-fried chicken with cashews. Delicious!! It tasted so good! It was also possible to stay in our cottage a little longer on our checkout day and still use the pool. They make you feel at home. We had a wonderful time here and highly recommend it to everyone.

Tout était incroyable : le lieu, l’accueil, le personnel, l’aide pour les activités et les déplacements ! Un lieu cocooning où la détente est assurée ! Un havre de paix au cœur de la nature. L’hôtel est eco responsable c’est très important il faut protéger cet île!Chambre sensationnelle avec une vue à couper le souffle, grande terrasse ou l’on peut faire de la méditation ou du yoga, literie au top, pression dans les douches tellement rare en Thaïlande, des petits détails qui comptent. Des petits écureuils 🐿️ sont dans les arbres tout autour, le chant des oiseaux du soir au matin. Excentré du centre mais c’est parfait car vous avez a disposition à l’hôtel pour louer des scooters et nous sommes en moyenne à 10 min de tout, l’hôtel a une super situation, au calme tout en étant pas loin du centre. Camila est adorable ainsi que tous les autres on se sent comme à la maison. Les repas ainsi que les petits déjeuners sont top!La vue de la piscine est splendide c’est tellement beau, nous sommes restés 5 nuits et nous n’aurions pas eu de soucis pour rester plus…. Nous avons même mal au cœur de partir! J’espère que cette île sera préservée car elle est tellement belle. Vous pouvez aussi réserver un massage et on viendra vous le faire en chambre ou sur la terrasse vous avez tout pour passer un excellent moment. Concernant la location de scooter ne pas payer au début mais bien à la fin de la location!
