The hotel is under construction. The front office manager decided to put me under the construction. They woke me up at 8 am and there was noise all day long. The pool was dirty and room was not properly clean. The restaurant staff were all very nice and friendly. Reception really not good service.

The most beautiful hotel on all of Koh Chang! I have actually been to a lot of hotels but this one is really next level! The service is unbeatably friendly, the breakfast is super varied, everything is super clean. Just a place to feel good and relax.

We were in a room on the second floor. The exit was to the construction site, well, that's okay. The stench from the bathroom in the room was so bad it was horrible. Sewage. You can't go out to the balcony, everything from the construction site flew straight onto the floor, into the windows. It's good that we were there only for 2 days. Otherwise, no comments.
