The room facilities and service were both excellent. Breakfast was delicious, and with the amazing pool and sea views, you could easily spend several days just relaxing here without ever needing to leave the hotel. The overall service experience was fantastic. Highly recommended! 👍

A fantastic hotel! The design is superb, and the service was excellent too! Our whole family stayed here for five nights this time, and everyone loved it. Both the breakfast and dinner at the hotel's beach club were delicious! Dinner for our family of five averaged 3000 Baht, which is equivalent to just over 600 RMB – very affordable! We had drinks, seafood, Thai food, and dessert! We came in early August, and as it was the low season, the room rates were very reasonable! During this trip to Koh Chang, we stayed at the top three highest-rated hotels on Ctrip. Compared to the others, we found The Awa to be the best!

The decor is modern and elegant, and everything is fully equipped. From the bedding and lighting in the guest rooms to public areas like the gym, elevators, and hallways, everything is meticulously maintained. The attention to detail truly stands out. Hygiene was equally impressive and reassuring. The room was spotlessly clean, completely free of any strange odors. The bathroom fixtures gleamed like new, and the bedding clearly appeared to be regularly changed, which offered complete peace of mind. The public areas were also kept immaculately clean, contributing to a very comfortable atmosphere. The service, without a doubt, was the biggest highlight of my stay. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, readily answering all my questions, and both check-in and check-out processes were handled with impressive efficiency. Throughout my stay, the staff maintained a constant smile and were quick to resolve any issues, making me feel genuinely cared for. A particular instance that stood out was when I needed an extra blanket; I called, and it was delivered to my room in under five minutes. Their efficiency and positive attitude truly deserve high praise! Overall, this is an excellent hotel that ensures a comfortable, relaxing, and worry-free stay. I highly recommend it for both business travelers and families. I will definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance!
