The beach is very dirty. There is a lot of garbage on the beach at low tide. There are many reefs in the sea, which is not suitable for swimming. The hotel basically has no services and no choice for breakfast.
I booked the same Junior suite as my friend on booking, but the same room type we booked on Ctrip was downgraded to a double bed room that was half the size. The hotel called the small room a sea view room, and we had earned the price we paid on Ctrip. In the end, Ctrip failed to negotiate, but gave a 100 yuan compensation coupon.
In short, I don’t recommend this hotel at all

Well established hotel for a comfortable family stay. The first room we were given was a bit disappointing as it was quite dark and secluded and one of the showers didn't work. As it was newly refurbished, there was no TV yet and was quite dusty. However, Natty and Sun did their best and found us a fabulous large room overlooking the beach and sea (room b2). The hotel is far from the main parts of the island so it is very quiet. There are lots of places to eat along the beach, we at Gingers House and also Siam on the beach. Breakfast was basic, but enough, the kitchen prepared us a vegan pad thai or fried rice as there wasn't much for vegans. The beach is lovely, but due to the season, the water wasn't very clear. Overall a great place to stay if you like to get away from the hustle and bustle.

(но бывают отливы) Номера: - мы брали большой семейный номер с двумя комнатами и большой террасой, с видом на бассейн и море. Это было просто прекрасно, очень уютно и красиво! Порадовал дружелюбный и веселый персонал, видно, что всему коллективу здесь комфортно и нравится их работа. На завтраках небольшой выбор блюд, но все очень вкусно, есть интересные блюда, и хороший кофе.

Great location in that it's close to the ghost ship and being on the beach. Our villa was lovely, it was clean, well equipped with a lovely sea view. Food on the beach in their restaurant was fantastic and to top it off the staff were brilliant.

We enjoyed our time at chivapuri very much. So beautiful place. Breakfast was in a nice place, food and coffee was good. We really enjoyed our 6 days. The massage was good and cheap, nice to get it wit the sound fra the sea

Small luxury houses surrounded by sublime vegetation facing the sea and a beautiful infinity pool. The adorable staff available with a great smile. Very generous lunch ☺️ I recommend this beautiful, relaxing hotel.
