Excellent hotel, good location, located on the best beach of Koh Chang. We booked a room with an extra bed, upon arrival they upgraded our room, excellent hotel, good service. Clean, cozy, everyone is friendly in this hotel. I recommend this hotel, this is our second time staying at this hotel, we will come back! Magical place!

We were there 8 years ago, we liked it, so we came back. But this time we lived in a standard house. The most unpleasant moment was that they gave only 2 towels for two. And the same as the beach ones... brown. Even in the cheapest hotels there are at least 2 towels per person. A huge cockroach the size of a finger was noticed in the room. There is a hair dryer, but there were no sockets near the mirror. The air conditioner blows directly onto the bed, no matter how you adjust it. Our house was the outermost, at the entrance, but it was not noisy. During our stay there were strong tides, the water left in the afternoon, so there was no beach line at all along Wite send beach until the evening. In general, it is about 10 minutes walk to a normal beach.
The water in the pool is very cold. The territory is good, the breakfasts are delicious.
