The location is in a secluded area, making it ideal for those who want to avoid tourist crowds. Since it is far from the island's centre, having your own transportation is preferable to booking a private taxi, which costs 800 Baht. The rooms could benefit from more thorough cleaning and additional toiletries. However, the food was great and reasonably priced. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.

Make sure you have transportation to get to this place as it will cost and arm and a leg to get there and back to the other side of the island as it’s in a very isolated location. Customer service- not great.

Very bad service  Food is not delicious  The room is very old. The equipment in the room is broken and damaged and not clean. If you want to buy food outside to eat, you have to rent a plate, rent a glass, the set price is 30 baht per person. The plate for food is 20 baht per piece. The staffs are not polite, their faces are not friendly, and they do not care about tourists and users. The management is not polite.  The food and service are not worth the price.  I feel that everything is expensive when compared to the service and quality received. Both service and quality need to be improved a lot. If there is an improvement in the service of the staff and food delivery, the hotel may become more popular. It is really bad. The last time and the last time.

American-style resort, I booked it for the second year. It's very quiet here. The only inconvenience is that this is the east line of the island, there is no transportation and it's inconvenient, but the hotel is equipped with a beach, swimming pool and restaurant. It can solve basic functions.
