之前因為某種原因，想退訂，但是酒店堅持不給退。這點差評，因為其它酒店都承諾可以無條件給退款。 後來堅持來泰國了，入住了這家酒店，感覺還可以，早餐300🐷一個人，包括孩子也是這個價，之前聽説房間容易出現原生態昆蟲蛇之類的，已經做好了心裏準備，雖然後麪沒有出現。

The hotel feels like it's nestled in the forest. We stayed on a hill. There's a train that goes up and down, and we saw lizards. Monkeys appeared on the balcony every morning, and we even saw hornbills at breakfast. It was so wonderful!!! I just want to say: This hotel blows away any other domestic hotel in its price range!!! The room amenities are a bit dated, and the hair dryer could use a replacement.

Since it is an old hotel, it is a bit outdated, but the view is good compared to the facilities, and since the hotel is so big, it has its own resort and even a lift, so it was a unique experience.

Some of the hotel rooms have electrical leaks!!! I write this review with mixed feelings. Before discovering the electrical leak, I was completely satisfied with this hotel, even exceeding my expectations. The hotel is in a prime location. The best viewpoint on Koh Chang is right above the hotel, sharing the same view as the breakfast room. I witnessed a stunning sunset from the hotel. I even spotted a beautiful helmeted hornbill during breakfast. My room was very clean, exceeding my expectations. I didn't notice any mosquitoes, as the hotel clearly stated on the table that they perform daily insect repellent. I left food on the balcony, but no monkeys bothered me. I asked the front desk, but they said that since the monkeys are wild, it's impossible to tell when and where they appear. The hotel has its own private beach. I visited during low tide in the morning and high tide in the afternoon. Kayaks are not available for rental during low tide in the morning, so I didn't manage to do any. I brought a full set of snorkeling gear, so I snorkeled at the hotel's beach in the morning. The water was clear and not too deep, with plenty of living coral (although the colors weren't very impressive) and plenty of fish. Across from the hotel is an uninhabited island. We tried walking to the middle of the ocean at low tide in the morning, but the water was only waist-deep. Remember to wear thick diving shoes and diving gloves if you want to snorkel at the hotel. Otherwise, you can easily get cut by the rocks or stung by sea urchins. The hotel is built into the hillside, and you can take an electric car or a cable car (essentially a sightseeing elevator) from the lobby to your room. Be aware that the sightseeing elevator sometimes experiences power outages. The elevator passes through a tunnel on its way up and down, and if the power outage happens at night, it's quite a thrill to go through the tunnel. The breakfast selection is standard, a typical Thai hotel buffet—not too much, but not too little either. If you're traveling with children, you need to buy a separate breakfast voucher for them at 300 baht per day. The voucher system is fair, so there's no risk of gambling. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. Up until I discovered the electrical leak in my room, I was completely satisfied and it exceeded my expectations. However, some rooms have electrical leaks that can go unnoticed during the day. As you fall asleep at night, a bright white light suddenly flashes in your room. You might even think you're imagining it, until you see it two or three times. I reported it to the front desk upon check-out, but they didn't offer an apology or make me feel they were taking the issue seriously. So I contacted Ctrip and was very pleased with their quick response and proactive attitude. Because other travelers had reported this issue in previous reviews, and considering my own personal experience, I requested that Ctrip clearly highlight this issue on the hotel booking page. However, the last person who contacted me said that it would take a very long time to do so, and by then, the food would have gone cold. I can only hope that my review reaches more travelers. While the hotel is excellent in every way, the electrical leakage in the room is extremely dangerous. Imagine you're showering or sleeping at night. With the extensive wooden structure in the room, that flash of light that would illuminate the room would undoubtedly have created a large spark. The problem is, it wouldn't have been noticeable during the day, and even when you were sound asleep, it would have been unnoticed. It's truly terrifying to think about it...

Bring your kids here, you can easily feed the monkeys and pick up hermit crabs. The atmosphere is just like taking photos at the beach, the restaurant is also good, and you can stay in the hotel without moving, and take care of your kids.
