Booked two rooms at this hotel due to location, twin rooms and parking. On arrival no real parking for a car if you want easy in and out...near impossible so parked on the main street, a walk away especially for elderly parents. Advised on arrival that had no downstairs room for parents and NO twin rooms!!! Staff Advised that they only "work" there... don't know what that translates to when they could not solve any of the problems. Advised that parents could move to a room downstairs the next day but when asked to do so was informed no don't have.
Advised that rooms are not serviced daily.
Good location, when the tide is out, and the hotel was pleasant enough but would not recommend this hotel.

We had a lovely room with a sea view and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We would book the hotel again anytime.
