We were there during the rainy season and unfortunately didn't get as much sun as we would have liked. The ongoing pool renovation and other renovations were disruptive and spoiled the overall impression.

The hotel is right on the seashore, has its own sun loungers. Comfortable bungalows, there is a restaurant on the territory. The cuisine is basically the same as everywhere else (plus, minus). We were there out of season, there were few people. There is a gym. The hotel did not warn that the pool was under repair, but we were given free use of the pool of one of the villas (later it turned out that we were not the only ones :)), as well as a water park across the road. We rented a motorbike not far from the hotel and moved around the island on it. You can visit all the sights yourself, everything is accessible. There is a delicious Italian restaurant nearby. The hotel territory is large and well-kept.

I cannot complain about anything the room was the biggest most modern on all of my vacations on the beach. The colours and thoughtful design was a real treat and calming and soothing. Set amongs a very well kept designed garden was a treat to walk through each day
Breakfast was full on and changed each day. Coffee machines despensed excellent latte or shots or tea
Its a great beach and from end to end i did it in 45 mins unless i was destracted
There are other bars around if you need to change
Very quiet and blockout curtains in the room
A big aircon and it was efficent
There is a very nice bathroom and all things there including robes/toiletries/ and a huge bath

The hotel has a nice view and its own beach. The room facilities are a bit old and the water pressure is unstable. Everything else is OK. Convenient for travel. The entrance is quite close to 711. The swimming pool entertainment facilities opposite are OK.

This is not our first time visiting Koh Chang, and we have returned to this hotel for the second time. The sea is gorgeous, the bungalows are awesome, the breakfasts are gorgeous, there is a Russian-speaking guide at the reception, Alex, thank you very much, he will tell you where and what is where. Overall, I liked everything. The house lacked a minibar, it would be nice to have a rubber mat in the shower, it seemed slippery to me. Breakfasts are excellent, for different tastes, both European and local cuisine. The location is an amazing beach, there are markets nearby, including 7/11, and it is not as noisy as on White Sand Beach. But overall, I can safely recommend it - the staff really tried to make the stay as comfortable as possible.
