Nice, beautiful hotel. Located in the center of Kai Bae, there is a large selection of restaurants nearby. I liked the pool, it is beautiful. The room is spacious and pleasant.
Very helpful staff at the reception, they always helped and greeted guests.
The beach is rocky, but I knew this and for me it was not a minus.
The only minuses are a lot of ants in the room on the top floor and the noise from the air conditioner :(

Bad hotel, I do not recommend it.
We stayed for 1 night, it's good that it was not longer. What we didn't like most was the beach, or rather the lack thereof. The entrance is from a concrete platform into the unknown, because the water is dirty and the bottom is dangerous. The water is so muddy that at a depth of 1 m I did not see a huge stone, I hit it hard and scraped my entire side.
We did not get into the pool, because there were no free sun loungers, of which there are as many as 25 for the entire hotel of 119 rooms. I can only say that the water smelled strongly of chlorine. The sun loungers themselves by the pool and on the "beach" are for midgets, with my average height I did not fit even diagonally.
The rest are small things, but they also added to the negative impressions.

It's a pretty good hotel, but the facilities feel a bit old and the door of the room is cracked 😅 But the service staff are very enthusiastic! All in all it's worth trying!
