"Great hotel, conveniently located on the edge of the city center (about a 10-minute walk). Bike rental is available next to the hotel. Parking is available in the garage below (at a reduced rate, which can be arranged through reception). Extensive breakfast with plenty of choices. Dinner is available, but the menu is limited, especially on Sundays. Tip if you're visiting Koblenz in the summer: visit Rhein in Flammen, which offers a variety of live music and a drone and fireworks show on Saturday evening. It made our stay an unforgettable weekend."

"I booked this recently reopened hotel for a long weekend in the Moselle region, where wine meets the sea. It was originally scheduled to open on September 1st, but luckily it opened a few days early. I've been a Motel One customer for years in various locations and countries, long before the BeOne membership program existed. My first positive experience was in Berlin on Kanstraße; back then, the other Motel One hotels in Berlin didn't exist yet. That hotel didn't have standard room sizes; those came later. Breakfast in the lobby cost around €7 at the time. Through my many visits, I've noticed the differences between hotels. I think they're constantly trying to make the stay as pleasant as possible with clever ideas. After the friendly check-in with the usual bottle of water, I went to my room on the second floor. It was spotlessly clean and tidy, although there were a few changes, which I'll get to later. On the fifth floor, there's a rooftop terrace, designed just like the ones I remember from one of the hotels in Berlin. It's a place to relax and have a drink, and the terrace is also a popular meeting place for the locals. As in Berlin, there's a concierge here who regulates the flow of guests from outside the hotel. In the room, I noticed that the shower drain is now located at the end, at the height of the towel rack. I also saw a drain in the middle. A heated mirror has been installed. This prevents the mirror from fogging up after showering, which is nice when you want to put on makeup or do your hair. There's ambient lighting by the window and the bed; it used to be dimmable, but not this time, although it worked perfectly. The television has been replaced; previously, you could connect your own devices via the HDMI port or stream music, but these functions are no longer available. I would like to be able to use my own Netflix account. There's a full wardrobe for clothes and a separate area for coats and other items. This works perfectly and keeps everything in one place. Breakfast is well-organized and offers more than enough space. In other hotels, this has sometimes been difficult, and there were no free seats. This may also have been because the hotel wasn't fully booked. I was able to park my car in a nice garage, which was super convenient."

"This is a lovely, attractive property with several amenities. It is not as close to,Koblenz as I would have liked but the location overlooking the Moselle is very appealing. Dinner in their simpler restaurant was disappointing. The staff was lovely and very hospitable."

"We got a special low price as the hotel was being refurbished, but except few signs of construction works and scaffolding at one side, everything was perfect. We had a nice, modern, well equipped and maintained room with comfortable bed and large bathroom. The hotel is relatively large, offering also a good restaurant serving rich breakfast buffet and a cozy bar."

"The hotel lobby is so-so, the rooms are a bit old, and the directions shown on the booking page don't work with navigation. Remember to use the address-based navigation. The hotel restaurant has a fantastic view, right by the river. Enjoying dinner while watching the sunset (the sun doesn't set until 8 or 9 pm) is amazing."

"The hotel is new and good. You need to check in via machine and no need to interact with an human. But you can check in only 3 pm since its a machine you cannot negotiate it."

"The location was good, with easy access from the station and a supermarket nearby. The area didn't seem very safe at night, but since I was traveling alone, the lack of access to water was acceptable. The bed was softer and more comfortable than I expected."
