Elevator was dirty somebody smoked iqos but rooms arent too bad  The aircon doesnt really work

The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. The location is convenient as it is near the train station. I also had a great breakfast there.

Far from the center of Kobe/Sannomiya so do not expect the area to be busy. Also the hotel has started to show its age but no complaints considering the very attractive price point.

The check-in process was fast - I arrived a few minutes before 10pm so was relieved that someone was there. The room was compact but comfortable. Had all the basics like kettle and towels. The location is walking distance to many temples and restaurants so very convenient. The walking path from the hotel starts with a quiet narrow street. It's also near public transit including JR train for connection to other major cities. There isn't any meal service onsite but there's a kiosk in the lobby so you can grab a snack, if needed. The common areas are well kept and room was clean. I was on an upper floor and there isn't a remarkable view. It's convenient that the windows open and there is a thermostat on the wall so you can regulate the temperature.

Cross the main road at Hyogo Station There are many places to eat near the station. There are supermarkets and 100-yen shops You can watch it on TV The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable It is convenient to go to major attractions in Kobe

The location of Kobe Lumen Hotel is very good. It is in the city and the parking lot is easy to find. It is in the alley directly opposite the hotel and the price is reasonable. The hotel service is very good. We arrived very late and the check-in time was past, but they did not neglect us and arranged to check in immediately. When we checked out in the morning, we were 5 minutes late and they did not say anything. They were very gentle. The room was very clean and warm. The sound insulation effect was very good and suitable for living. In short, because of the comparison with the previous one, this one is simply heaven. The only flaw is that the room is a little small. Everything else is acceptable, mainly because of the cheap price.

Maybe because it was the weekend, it was hard to make reservations at hotels in Osaka and they were expensive, so I came to Kobe. It was my first time near Hyogo Station, but there were almost no people. It was quiet and peaceful. There were some hidden restaurants, and it was nice to feel the nostalgic atmosphere of Japan. The hotel was huge. The facilities were great for the price. The rooms were spacious and the amenities were well-equipped. It was a bit far from the downtown area, but Hyogo Station and Daikai Station were within a 5-7 minute walk, so it wasn't difficult to get to.

Although it was a single room, the room, bed, and unit bath were all spacious and very good. It was conveniently located near JR and subway stations. If I have the opportunity, I would definitely like to stay again.
