Awesome hotel!!! At first, I was worried that the double bed room, which was only a few dozen square meters, would be too small. As a result, I found it was very large. The 33-inch Rimowa large suitcase could be completely spread out. The scenery was also very beautiful. There were a lot of green trees and mountains in front of the balcony floor-to-ceiling window, and the spring was in sight! The Japanese service was very considerate, and the toiletries were all Pola high-end series. It was the first time I stayed in a high-end hotel that even provided toner, moisturizer, and hair care essential oil. I chose the Golden Bath for the private bath. It was on the top floor and overlooked the entire Arima Town, but it didn't feel as comfortable as the outdoor one. I will experience the outdoor one next time. The room was super clean! It was shockingly clean! The minibar was all free, and the breakfast was very rich and delicious when I chose the one-stay-one-meal plan!

Facilities: Very good, there are 2 public hot springs, very large and clean. If there is no special need, you don't need to book a private hot spring. There are children's playrooms, table tennis rooms, massage spas, and massage prices are also very cheap. You can experience it. Hygiene: Very clean, the room is very large, the tatami and bed have sliding doors, and there is a sense of privacy. Environment: Very new and good. I stayed in the hotel for 2 days without going out. There are many things to buy in the hotel's merchandise store, and the price is not expensive! Service: Very nice. The breakfast is very rich. I personally feel that it is more experienced than dinner. The only shortcoming is that there are really many people on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, especially locals. The dinner on Saturday is a bit substandard. In fact, it is okay if you don't order meals in the evening. There are tempura restaurants and Chinese cuisine in the hotel. You can order your own meals. Overall, it is highly recommended!!!

Very good hot springs. There are two places to soak in the hot springs, 9F and B2. Both are excellent, with multiple pools to choose from and very complete facilities. There is a shuttle bus to the hot spring street, and there are many buses. One night and two nights, it's average. It's not very suitable for children, there are more fish. The hotel service is very good, there is a luggage porter service, and the mini bar is free.

Toiletries can be bought in the store. I like the hot spring face soap the most, which has very rich foam. There are free drinks after soaking in the hot spring. Among them, Arima Onsen bubble water is the most recommended, which is a local signature. Dining: Dinner is eaten in your own room, which is very convenient. The service staff served the dishes one by one. The quality is good. I chose a buffet for breakfast. The venue is very large. Although there are many varieties to choose from, it is not exquisite enough. It feels a bit noisy when there are many people. In fact, you can also choose to eat in your own room. Shopping: The hotel's supermarket has a lot of varieties, and local specialties can be bought at a reasonable price. It saves you from going to Arima Onsen Street to buy.

A novel hot spring experience. The underground second floor is a completely open-air hot spring, and the 9th floor has two versions, indoor and outdoor, of the gold and silver baths. When I went there, the hotel was almost fully booked, and I could basically book the whole place by sacrificing dinner time to take a bath, so I didn't make an appointment for a private bath. Mobile phones were not allowed to take photos inside, so there are no photos of the bathing.

I have always wanted to come to Arima Onsen, and I chose a highly rated hotel. It really lived up to its reputation. It was quite satisfactory in all aspects, with good environment, good service, and convenient transportation (the hotel has a shuttle bus). I will come again.
